V. Internship experience

During this internship, I really got into contact with part of the legal work, improved my practical ability and cognitive level, and made me understand some truths and experience deeply.

In the classroom, you must study hard on theoretical knowledge. You should understand the truth that "the book will never be read in white." Many students now say that practice and philosophy are different. The book is not used in practice. Reading has no effect. From my practice point of view, classroom knowledge is indispensable for grasping the direction of work as a whole and guiding the work of certain tasks. Therefore, it is necessary to support the legal knowledge of oneself.

Theoretical knowledge must be tested and approved through practice, so that it can be combined with practice to better guide practical work. Although the work of the internship unit, I have heard in the classroom, but in reality, I found out that the reality is still very complicated, not to say that it can be solved by some architectural theory. Participation in practice is very helpful for the study and deepening of theoretical knowledge.

Modern technology has a great effect on dealing with practical problems. In this internship, we checked the cases through the Internet, and the automation of case handling not only saved time, but also helped to handle the case. The entire recording and video recording has improved the transparency of the case and greatly promoted the development of judicial civilization. Office automation and networking have improved efficiency and saved national resources.

It is necessary to expand the knowledge and enhance the comprehensive quality. The cases contacted during this internship are related to other sciences. In the process of auditing, the knowledge of accounting and taxation is extremely important. If you don't understand it, you don't understand it. Traffic and customs knowledge is helpful for understanding the environment in which the parties are located and for investigating the case. Strengthening the cultivation of comprehensive skills and expanding the knowledge base can actually carry out practical work.

This is a short and substantial internship for nearly six weeks. I think it has played a role in bridging the society. The excessive role will be of great help to the future.
