Sewing workshop

The rational organization of the garment sewing production process is an important guarantee for improving the production of garments. The purpose is to make the product in the sewing production process the shortest, the processing time is the cheapest, the consumption is minimal, and the products that meet the customer's requirements are produced. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in process design, that is, to reasonably combine people, equipment and space. The first step is to do a good job of sewing the upper line: set the man-machine layout of the section, and the section leader will assign the staff to the balanced production according to the target output, submit it to the IE staff for review, and be familiar with the work of the order. Because the process is long in the sewing workshop, and the machine is fixed staff operation, the director is also very difficult to assign work to us. I took the least time to understand the situation of the most companies and the principle of learning more knowledge as much as possible. I took more observations, more questions, more hands-on, more skeptical attitudes, and strived for more tasks under the leadership arrangements.
