Part 1: Supervisor Internship Report

From December 2019 to February 2019, I was internship in a supervision project department of Yuncheng Jinhuan Supervision Co., Ltd., and the internship was a civil engineering professional inspector. This production internship is my first real contact with supervision work. During the working hours, under the guidance of professional supervision engineers, I conducted a supervision internship at the “Great World Garden Mall”.

Project Overview:

The construction unit of the project is Shanxi Baoxiang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the supervision unit is Yuncheng Jinhuan Supervision Co., Ltd., the design unit is Shanxi Metallurgical Design Institute, and the construction unit is Yuncheng First Construction Co., Ltd. The project is a large world garden shopping mall, located outside the Great World Garden Community on the east side of Xueyuan Road. The structure is in the form of structure. The main building is a ground floor with five floors above ground. The height of the basement is 4.2m, and the height of one floor is 4.8m. The height of the floor is 4.6m, the height of the five floors is 4.65m, the total height of the main building is 23.65m, the height difference between indoor and outdoor is 0.45m, the structural design has a service life of 50 years, the seismic fortification intensity is seven degrees, and the total construction area is 19923.98m.

I am in the project department, there is 1 chief management engineer, 1 civil engineering professional supervision engineer, 1 electrical professional supervision engineer, and 1 plumbing professional supervision engineer. Civil construction supervisors are responsible for copywriting and printing notices.

2. Main content

During the internship, I was exposed to a lot of professional knowledge and made many internship records to understand some new construction techniques. My internship position is a civil engineering professional inspector. After understanding the basic construction techniques, I must also understand the specifications of construction quality, what level of qualification is considered qualified, and what conditions are unqualified.

The following are the main contents of my internship:

Steel works

During the internship, the most contact I had was the steel bars, beams, plates, columns, and shear walls were all cast-in-place. Of course, the steel bar arrangement is of the utmost importance, so checking the steel bars is a particularly important task. Basically, the main job every day is to inspect the steel bars of beams, plates, etc. Such as stressed steel bars, erected steel bars, structural steel bars, stirrups, negative bending moment bars, distributed tendons, etc., this time on the construction site to really understand the role of these steel bars. It provides a good emotional understanding of future study. When inspecting steel bars, under normal circumstances, the main ribs are mainly controlled, including quantity, specification, position, etc., and for the steel bars of the plate, the number of distributed ribs is mainly checked, and three sets of stirrups are continuously used with the tape measure to allow a certain error. Also, the anchor length of the steel bar, the length of the lap, the length of the weld, etc., must be strictly controlled.

Relevant regulations for steel bar lashing:

1. The area of ​​the steel bars of the lashing joint shall not exceed 50% in the compression zone and shall not exceed 25% in the tension zone;

2. It is not advisable to set two or more joints for the same longitudinally loaded steel bars. The distance from the end of the joint to the bending point of the steel bar shall not be less than 10 times the diameter of the steel bar, and it shall not be located at the maximum bending moment of the component;

3. When there is no design: the hook at the end of the tension-type joint of the grade I steel in the tension zone should be made, and the steel bars of grade II and III can be made without hooks; in the pressure-receiving area, the grade I steel bars can also be made without hooks;

4. The end of the pressed I-grade steel bar with a diameter equal to or less than 12 mm, and the end of the compressed steel bar of any diameter in the axial compression member, the hook length may not be less than 35 times the diameter of the steel bar;

5. The joint of steel bars shall be fastened with iron wire at the center and both ends;

6. The lap length of the lashing joint shall comply with the minimum lap length specified in the specification;

7. The thickness of the protective layer of the steel bar in the concrete can be controlled between the steel bar and the formwork by a cement mortar pad or a plastic card pad. The blocks should be arranged in a plum shape, and the mutual spacing is not more than 1 m. The size can be controlled by tying short steel bars;

8. Special attention should be paid to the negative ribs on the upper part. First, the position of the tying should be ensured accurately. Secondly, the pedaling of the construction personnel should be prevented, especially the cantilever plates such as awnings, provocations, balconies, etc., to prevent the rupture and collapse after the mold is removed;

9. At the intersection of the plate, the secondary beam and the main beam, the steel bar of the plate is on the upper side, the secondary beam is in the middle, and the main beam is on the bottom; when there is a ring beam or a pad beam, the main beam is on the upper;

10. When the beam and steel bars are tied, the water and electricity pipeline should be prevented from lifting or pressing the steel bars.

(3). Reinforcement engineering acceptance: Reinforcement engineering is a concealed project. Before the pouring, the steel bars and embedded parts should be organized and accepted, and the hidden engineering records should be made. The relevant parties should sign and confirm them for verification.

3. Experience

Through this internship during this time, I found that the daily workload of the supervisor is relatively large, and there is no matter how small it is. As long as it belongs to the scope of duties, it must be treated seriously and be directly responsible to Party A. Although the supervision has an office and the conditions are ok, except for the lunch break and the documentation, most of the time is still on the first line of the construction site. It is also very hard. For example, when pouring concrete, the side station is a very important job. At this time, my master and I insisted on standing next to work. At the same time, through the words and deeds of the supervisors, I was touched by their serious and responsible attitude. Their superb professional quality, eyes and eyes, many problems, I did not find any problems, the supervisors have found out with a keen professional sense of smell, and tirelessly ask the construction party to rectify, this kind of professional attitude makes me very moved . Due to the limited level of the construction party, it is inevitable that various problems will arise. The master will talk to the project manager or the construction worker and ask for serious treatment. I have also learned some quality control knowledge.

This is really a learning organization. Party A representatives, project managers, and supervisors often come to our office to play in their leisure time, and exchange experiences with us, both professionally and intellectually. Whenever you have time, you can discuss the construction technology problems in the office, avoid the ambiguity of personal knowledge, make management more efficient, and the scale is more uniform. I have time to look at the construction drawings and familiarize myself with the contents of the drawings.

During the internship, I deeply understood the role of the team. My master and I worked together to make the inspection tasks that were difficult for one or two people to complete ahead of schedule. Everyone did not treat me as an intern, but I was very enthusiastic to help, introduced the common sense of supervision, and let me quickly enter the role. When I first arrived at the construction site, the master let me familiar with the drawings and the 03101 and 04101 atlas. When the steel bar was accepted, the master explained it to me at the scene. After several days of accompanying, I was able to independently test the beam and the steel plate of the plate. And understand the role of each place. In the future work of inspecting steel bars, the master gave me the tasks. I am very grateful to the master for giving me such an opportunity. I also cherish such opportunities.

Through this internship, I also learned how to respect workers. My master is a young but experienced civil engineer inspector. He has always warned me that when the labor results of workers are biased, we are not directly blaming, but reflecting problems and goodwill reminding, which is conducive to easing contradictions. It does not dampen the labor enthusiasm of workers and is very helpful for stabilizing construction quality. However, if the contractor maliciously cuts the work, regardless of the quality of the behavior, it can not be sheltered, should promptly request rectification, and report to the owners. The supervision work is different because of different objects and methods, which is a point to better promote the control of engineering quality. In fact, many quality problems should be discovered by the construction workers before the supervision is discovered. However, as I said earlier, the construction method is relatively poor, and some of the sub-projects are outsourced. The self-inspection process is ineffective, which adds to the burden on our supervisory department. Some of the project department leaders lack professionalism, limited ability, or weak sense of responsibility, and communication barriers. These difficulties must be overcome for supervision. Everything must be patient. We should belong to the service industry.

Although the production internship is very short, I have not only learned a lot of construction techniques, basic knowledge of management, but also learned some common sense of supervision, and often go deep into the construction site, learning at the front line, combining theory with practice. In just a few days, my personal ability has been improved, and I have been recognized by the masters and directors at work. The director also gave a high evaluation of my work. In my work, I learned to integrate into the team and rely on the strength of the team to solve difficult problems. Treat your work with enthusiasm and treat the people around you.

In the process of internship, I feel more and more of the importance of interpersonal communication. The most important thing in interpersonal communication is to respect people first. Whether it is a front-line worker or a project manager, you must be humble, and then you must actively communicate your own ideas. This will correct your misunderstanding in the first place. The latest situation, a more solid foundation for professionalism. At the same time, in the practice of supervision work, I have thought about the role of supervision, the status of supervision, and the actual problems of supervision. Every day I insisted on writing an internship diary, recorded a lot of information, and expressed my feelings about these fresh experiences. The director always told me that we have fewer people in the project department. I hope that you will not stick to your profession and you will not be involved in other aspects. As the saying goes, the skills are not overwhelming. Professional hydropower supervisors must also learn about civil engineering supervision, and civil engineering should also learn about hydropower. I think the director's words are correct. Now I am still young. Who knows what I really do in the future? I have a broad vision when I am proficient in my major. This is a key to my career improvement. Therefore, during my internship, I also learned a lot about hydropower from the master.

During this time on the construction site, my character has undergone subtle changes. I walked on the road and especially liked to say hello to the friends I just met, and everyone was very enthusiastic. I often chatted with you at rest. I feel that they have endless fun on the construction site, and on the construction site, whether they are supervisors or migrant workers, they are actually very good at getting along, and they feel that although everyone is bitter, their mentality is very good. I learned a lot from them.


Part 2: Supervisor Internship Report

In order to sum up experience, reflect on their own deficiencies, improve their supervision business standards, and become a member of the company's better and faster development process, the summary of the supervision work for the four months is as follows: 1. Obey the leadership arrangements and conscientiously perform their duties.

In February 2019, I came to the supervision department of China Tea Bohui Project of xx City Engineering Construction Supervision Office. Under the reasonable arrangement of the leadership of the Project Supervision Department, I served as a data officer and supervisor. At the beginning, I was not too clear about the concept of the work of the data clerk, thinking that it was just collecting and transmitting information or completing some word processing in the project department. But as the work progressed, my continuous learning and exploration made me gradually understand the basic duties of the data clerk:

1. After receiving all kinds of materials and files issued by the relevant departments at the higher level, register and file them in time, and distribute them to relevant units or individuals in time.

2. Complete the transfer of engineering materials on time. After receiving the various materials submitted by the construction unit, timely classify and preliminaryly review them, and distribute the qualified information to the project director and professional supervision engineers in time for signing. For unqualified materials, return to the construction unit in time, ask them to replenish, modify, improve, and then re-report to the supervision department, and process the files according to the program; the file information has been sent and received, and a reasonable account has been established. .

3. Complete the word processing work of the supervision department, prepare the meeting minutes, supervision weekly report and monthly report; cooperate with the professional engineers to prepare the supervision engineer's notice and supervision rules.

4. Complete the collection, collation, summary, compilation and archiving of engineering drawings and materials.

5. Daily data management work is recorded in the work log.

During this period, I carefully studied the relevant archival materials issued by the company headquarters, as well as the overall working ideas and measures of the construction unit and the relevant contents of the construction engineering technical materials. Through my own study and the guidance of my colleagues, I understand that the supervision data is a true record of the supervision and monitoring during the construction of the project, and is a systematic project. It involves the substantive work of the construction unit, construction unit, construction unit, design unit and other engineering construction units, and is a sign of scientific, standardized and legalization of supervision work. At the same time, the supervision data reflects the level of supervision work and is an important basis for measuring and assessing supervision work.

As a supervising information officer, earnestly do a good job in collecting and sorting out data, which plays a decisive role in the project. After the project department, after the leader clearly defined his own job responsibilities and division of labor, he immediately began to consult all relevant materials, files and technical specifications, especially through the study of the company's quality management system files, and quickly entered the working state.

Due to the time limit of working as a data clerk, there are many shortcomings in many aspects. In the future work, I will be stricter in my own requirements, work hard to study the business, constantly update and supplement new knowledge, improve business standards and work ability. , sum up experience, and better accomplish related work.

Second, standardize your own words and deeds, improve the level of on-site engineering management

In order to further strengthen the study and understand the construction process, the project director arranged me to go to the construction site for supervision work, and arranged for engineers with excellent professional knowledge to take me, mainly to assist the civil engineering engineers to supervise the construction process, project acceptance and responsibility for the next station. When I first arrived at the construction site, I actively approached the owners and construction units to communicate with them, carefully studied the relevant specifications and requirements, and reviewed the engineering drawings. Under the careful guidance of professional supervision engineers, I gradually became familiar with the relevant regulations and requirements of some design drawings, which is beneficial to Conduct supervision work on site. In the concrete pouring construction of civil engineering, the key parts of the project involve multiple processes. Once negligent, it may cause engineering quality accidents. Therefore, in the construction of the side station, strengthen monitoring, strictly supervise the construction of various parts, and strengthen the construction process control. The construction unit will strictly follow the design requirements, construction plan and acceptance specifications to ensure the quality of the project. The supervision record is an indispensable part of the project supervision. During the construction process, I made a detailed record. Every day, there is a complete supervision log and a side station record.

During the construction of the side station, it is necessary to clarify the location of the pouring component, the strength of the concrete grade and the mixing method of the concrete, whether the construction unit management personnel are in place, the construction machinery and raw material reserve status, the pouring start time and the end time, and the total pouring. The amount, the number of test block production groups, the design requirements for slump and the actual spot check results. In the construction of key parts of the project, it is necessary to reach the position of the next station in advance, check the construction preparation work, supervise the whole station, and make a written record of the next station in a timely and complete manner; Daily supervision and inspection work. If the problem is found, the construction unit or the supervision engineer should be notified in time to report the problem to the director in time, and urge the construction unit to rectify and implement the qualification, and then carry out the re-examination confirmation.

At the construction site, due to the lack of professional knowledge and work experience, although I encountered many problems, I still stick to my position, do my job with due diligence, learn with humility, gradually improve myself, and constantly improve the level of business management.

Third, strengthen daily learning, and strive to improve business enthusiasm

Business genre is the basic condition for supervision to perform its duties. As a young supervisor, I love my profession and are passionate about my work experience.

I am very happy to be able to come to Quanzhou Engineering Construction Supervision Office. I am also very honored to have access to so many engineers with rich professional knowledge and rich experience. I have given me a lot of guidance and help in my work, so that I can practice myself. I can fully combine the theory and practice I have learned. Although I encountered some obstacles such as technical terms in the process of starting, I made myself clear my own deficiencies, study hard, work hard, and actively face each. A new opportunity, a new challenge. The supervision department often receives the specifications and standards sent by the company, and requires us to write all the word format versions in one month. The workload is very large. Under the reasonable arrangement of the leaders, we basically use the method of converting software. The time was successfully completed. This production internship is my first real contact with supervision work.
