After the school holiday, I started the second phase of work. I was working in the same class. My place of work is the Shanda Road branch.

Originally, my main job was to promote gold and install online banking. However, since I was on holiday at the end of July, it was much later than other interns. So I didn’t catch up with the online banking installation and the collective opening of the license, so I could not do it. Related work. So I have a full-day internship in the summer vacation. I am mainly responsible for publicizing and helping everyone with some scattered work.

There are two main types of publicity work, one is to explain the customer in the bank lobby and assist the customer to handle the business, and another outdoor road show publicity. I have several suggestions in this regard:

The first is the work in the lobby. In fact, I think the necessity of this work is not great. Because the average customer can complete the business independently; even if there are occasional doubts, it is very small or very simple and single consultation, and these problems are often the tellers. It can be easily explained smoothly, it will not cost a lot of things and is not cumbersome. So I feel that it is not necessary to waste manpower in this aspect. My feeling at the Shanda Road branch is: If you take the initiative to ask the customer if you need help, sometimes Will scare the customer, sometimes just get a smile that shakes his head; and silently wait for the advice of others, but almost no. So I think the post has no value.

Then there is the outdoor roadshow. We choose to work overtime on weekends. The project is located at three locations in the refinery. The planning time is August 13th and 14th. However, only 13 days of promotional activities were carried out, and the number of cards issued was only There are also very few. I think that outdoor propaganda is not always possible, but must first understand what geographical environment, human environment, and even weather conditions you want to promote. On the 13th, the sun is hot and the air humidity is very high. The whole atmosphere was so hot that it was unbearable. However, we went to the Dongjiao Refinery in accordance with the plan to move the table and chair propaganda materials, etc. However, the human and material resources we sacrificed at high temperatures did not get the rewards we deserved. Why do I I feel that there are at least the following two reasons: First, the temperature is too high, and the environment is extremely bad. Even if we can work hard to do outdoor work for the work, but the customer has no reason to take the heat to accept your publicity. On the hot weekend morning, almost everyone chooses to sleep at home with air conditioning, or watch TV to do housework. Who will be fine to come out and change angles, those Counting out the people outside, there are really things that have to come out - and these people, who do not expect to quickly finish what they have to do, go home quickly, which will hang around us on the hot road? Second, we only saw the huge personal customer base of the refinery, but did not consider the characteristics of the specific customer group. The refinery is located in the eastern suburbs of Jinan, with a certain gap with the city center. There is no business outlet near our refinery, even if it is an ATM. Although I strongly explain to you that we can use any atm, but the inconvenience of deposits, etc., it is still impossible for other refinery residents to accept our card. They said: "The banks look at a lot of them, it's useless." Indeed, if the cards that are used are not used, they are not willing to see them from the perspective of our bank. So, the promotion location should choose the convenience of the business outlets. Reachable place.

In the work of the Shanda Road sub-branch, there are also many logistical related tasks, such as statistics on archives, statistics on corporate liabilities, warehouse consolidation, daily lunch statistics, financial assistance management, etc. I help the manager to enter some information and so on. Then, the leader of the branch gave us a small exchange meeting. At the meeting, the president exchanged and discussed the performance improvement of our personal business with Jiangbian Sub-branch. At the beginning of the school year, we also participated in the business of handling the Oriental Card in batches for the Wuhan Business College.
