Because our major is mathematics education, we are assigned to four classes in two years to be mathematics internship teachers and class guides. The mathematics instructor is Mr. Huang, who is about 50 years old and has a good speech. She is a very experienced and excellent teacher. She gave me a lot of help in teaching and helped me analyze every aspect of the class. She strives for excellence and even every detail. Although the teaching is still very young, the students are slowly accepting my teacher.

Passwords such as these form a consensus among students, and these teaching methods play a very important role in classroom control. Speaking of the classroom control measures, we have to mention that our second-year interns have also created a method of reward and punishment: grouping stars. For a group with a particularly good performance, add one star at a time, a group with poor discipline, wipe out one of the stars they have already got, and make a small gift reward for the group that gets the most stars. This measure works very well. The children are also happy to win the stars for their group.

In addition, the teacher's teaching wit will make your class more attractive, and sometimes receive unexpected good results! This is what I observed when our instructors discovered that there is another public class of "Cognitive Zhou" of another second grade teacher. Quite frankly, I still have a little understanding of the work of the class guide. It may be that I am slower in this regard. The class leader in my class is Teacher Chen. Strict and wide, more than punishment, cold face more than smiles... This kind of education may be too strict for children. Isn't a gentle teacher going to take a bad class? Should the class guide be "fierce"? Looking at the class of Teacher Yang in the same grade, what is the face of the 30-year-old class with a gentle and gentle class? The opportunity came.
