Because I am familiar with the campus environment of Jiaying College, Hu did not arrange for me to visit the campus. He has already understood the basic situation of my major before I came. I understand that I may have many questions and concerns about being a tutor of a music department. The new military training lasts for 13 days. As a counselor, I realized that the counselor is really not good. Not only do you have to learn, but also have patience, you have to master the psychology of students. A lot of knowledge is unique to the counselor's line. No experience is not good. In order to become a full-time excellent counselor, I am afraid that it will take three or five years to get started.
