Caregiver's work experience

Time hastily I have been working on the childcare front for many years, during which time there is joy and sweat, there are work confusion and progress in all aspects. Here, I should also sort out my thoughts and summarize the past work experience in order to better improve my work standards. I mainly cooperate with the teacher's education work, and strive to complete the task of education that I have in charge of. I will talk about my work experience:

First, continue to learn, sum up experience, do their own education

In the work, I centered on the tasks assigned by the park and the education of my class. I tried to get along with the teachers, learn their strengths and experience, and constantly improve my education and conservation standards. I usually meet the garden and class. What additional tasks, as long as they can do what they can, will work overtime with the teachers of this class to complete the tasks assigned in time.

Second, care for children, work enthusiastically

"Love" is selfless and a prerequisite for a good nurse. I interpret "love" with my heart, so that I have a noble professional ethic and a strong sense of responsibility in my work, and I will treat it like a mother. Caring about every child and making them grow up healthy and happy. Through this period of work, I believe that: the profession that I am engaged in, only love, will pursue, will continue to make progress, will get the trust of parents and children.

Third, hands and feet diligent, often reflect

Although I am a newcomer to the position of a childcare worker, I know that my diligence can make up for it. In addition to consulting with experienced colleagues, I sometimes read books about business knowledge at home, and slowly ponder out the position of the childcare worker. The doorway, that is to "diligence", such as: diligently open windows, diligent cleaning, diligent disinfection, diligent quilts, etc., in addition to diligent and neat, the brain should be diligent, always think, "Why do this? "I am doing the right thing today." Wait a minute, often rethinking your work so that you can improve and improve in your future work.

Fourth, close contact, enhance home interaction

In terms of home construction, we know that we must do a good job in class work, and we must cooperate with parents. Usually, I can treat every parent with enthusiasm and pay attention to communicate with parents. When you pick up your child, talk to your parents, find out how your child is at home or care about your child's physical condition. Parents feel very warm. Through various means, I will timely report to the parents about the life and learning of the children in the park and listen carefully to the parents' suggestions. Let parents correctly understand the content of early childhood care, understand the child's daily life, and provide parents with some information on the correct way of conservation, discuss some difficult problems in reality, and establish a harmonious relationship.

Time has passed in the growth of young children. For me, there are many things to learn and knowledge. Whether it is education or conservation, it is my goal.
