Public secretary major college student internship report


In order to make the public relations internship get good results, we carried out the activities of simulation public relations planning simulation and questionnaire survey based on the principles of reality, life, and authenticity. After a week of internships, we learned that the public relations awareness of contemporary college students has become an important factor influencing university production and development as well as the development and progress of society as a whole.

During the internship week, two classes of our public secretarial profession jointly conducted a public relations simulation of media interviews, news events, crisis management, and public relations planning with eight themes, followed by eight aspects of college students. Questionnaire surveys and grouped related topics into practical activities. In the public relations planning, we used the situational experience and the on-site simulation method to have a detailed understanding of the public relations "what is, how to do it, how to do it", which is conducive to improving our enthusiasm and mastery of learning. Each member of the plan is able to follow the prescribed planning process:

Determine the public relations goal 2, design theme 3, define the public 4, select the media 5, public relations budget 6, review the plan 7, plan the book, and determine the plan; in the simulation plan, our teachers and students will discuss, argue, judge In the review time, each group member can listen carefully to its shortcomings and advantages, and promptly supplement and modify the plan of the group in order to be more refined.

The topic of our group activities is a crisis event with the theme of the KFC Sudan Red Event. The central content of the incident: Around the KFC-China regional sales office, Sudan Red, which is harmful to human health, was found in its food. In response, KFC China agents conducted an incident investigation and conducted a series of related treatments. In the end, the crisis was successfully resolved.

Event Arrangement: The team members set the event development to three scenarios;

Scene 1: The doctor treats the patient and diagnoses that the food poisoning is suspected to be caused by eating KFC. The patient complained to KFC.

Scenario 2: The person in charge of KFC received a complaint and immediately reported to the superior and immediately formed a public relations investigation team to investigate the incident. The customer has given them condolences for the first time.

Scene 3: Regarding the occurrence of this incident, the China Sales Office held a press conference and borrowed media to apologize to consumers.

The event at the end of the event was perfected, the crisis was successfully passed, and sales performance gradually increased.

The development of this activity plan has enabled us to enclose ideas and exercise the ability to analyze and solve problems. It has new ideas and high feasibility.

In the next few days, each group will take the survey questions that have been drawn through the panel to discuss the subject matter, adhere to the principles of objectivity, comprehensiveness, typicality, timeliness, and quantification, and use the open book according to the general program of the survey. In the form of questionnaires, the questionnaires were issued, and then the sampling statistics were used to collect statistics. The problems reflected in the survey results were summarized in the form of reports and solutions were sought.

During the internship, we learned how to organize public relations in an organization, and in the face of public relations crisis, organize the planning skills:

As a company, to establish a good image, we must constantly enrich ourselves. In an emergency, enterprises must have: First, when the corporate image suffers damage, we should take a series of effective measures in time to find out the facts and reveal the truth of the incident. Passive is active and saves reputation. Turning crisis into opportunity, changing short-term public relations is about a long-term public relations month, and can push corporate public relations activities to a new level. In this regard, enterprises should also have image awareness, communication awareness, public awareness, responsibility awareness, cooperation awareness, future awareness, and timely promote the development of enterprises. At the same time, we have been trained in communication, performance and other aspects, enhancing our self-confidence and public relations awareness, improving our ability to handle things efficiently, and let us know that public relations are actually happening in our lives. Around us, I learned how to use public relations to deal with people's relationships. I understand that the establishment of a good image should be meticulous and avoid "a big line of carelessness"; there will be a group of staunch supporters behind any successful person; The establishment of good relationships requires proper communication and so on.

The main problem is that the time is not accurate, and the performance still needs to be strengthened to make the case fully exerted. The thoroughness should be highly valued and focused on the bits and pieces of real life.

This public relations internship provided us with a model of successful teaching practice, deepened our public relations awareness, and made us take a big step in the practical activities and achieved the desired results.
