On the afternoon of August 27th, XX, I started my internship in the thermal workshop of the power plant. I have been pondering for a while: I have not studied the environmental engineering and the heat? In fact, I am fairly familiar with the term "heat". After all, I learned a lot of theory in this area from high school. However, as far as my current state is concerned, the heat is far away and blurred... "Take it as it comes." Now is the time I need to encourage myself with this sentence. Where can I start without a job? ! I am really starting to experience the life of an internship.

The thermal workshop that I have internship belongs to the power plant of Pancheng Steel Company. At present, the workshop has nearly 130 employees, including: air compressors, boiler workers, soft water workers, electricians and fitters. The workshop mainly consists of two systems of air pressure and steam. Among them, the air compressor system has four air compressor stations, and the steam system has two boiler rooms and a central air conditioning class.

During the internship, I conducted internships on the air compressor system and the steam system. In the internship, under the enthusiastic guidance of the masters, I actively participated in the work related to air compressors and boilers, paying attention to the relevant theoretical knowledge learned in books, and using theoretical knowledge to deepen my understanding of practical work and verifying with practice. Learn the theoretical knowledge and explore the nature and laws of this work. The half-year internship is both intense and novel. Looking back at the internship life, the feelings are very deep and the harvest is fruitful. During the internship, I used the methods of reading and asking to further understand the work of the thermal workshop, and analyzed the characteristics, methods and operation rules of the production management of each team. At the same time, there is a preliminary understanding of equipment management and personnel management at each site.

First of all, I went to the 1# boiler room in the old factory area to get familiar with the production process and pipe network there. Although the 1# boiler room is very old, the employees who work inside can't be unambiguous. This involves boiler workers and soft water workers. I am a major in environmental engineering, and the soft water production here has caught my attention. Through the introduction of soft water, I quickly became familiar with the principle and process of the resin ion exchanger here. This is the first time in my life that I have felt that the theory is linked to the actual work. How much makes me add a bit of confidence to my future internship. Then learn about the three safety accessory files of the boiler, the structure of the furnace and the distribution of the pipe network.

Under the introduction of the 1# boiler worker, I came to the 2# boiler room in the new factory. New plant, advanced assembly and greater and more stable production. Although the technical structure and principle of the new and old boilers are basically the same, the new 2# boiler can be equipped with an advanced PLC operating system. Undoubtedly, how fresh this is to me, I have changed my past doubts about the technical strength of state-owned enterprises. Of course, I also deeply understand that science and technology are the primary productive forces.

Of course, the air pressure system is the focus of my internship. Because I have never been involved in air pressure before, the word air pressure is particularly hollow in my mind. At first, I could not see the difference between the air compressors of the 1# air compressor station and the 2# air compressor station. Fortunately, there are Master's points, I am gradually familiar with them, and can compare them very well. However, when I was complacent about my own achievements, I came to the 3# air compressor station. At first, in my air pressure world, it seems that there are only advanced twin-screw air compressors. In fact, the piston air compressor that looks quite awkward has its use! I learned that the piston type of the 3# air compressor station is the air compressor that can produce the most pressure air at present. Of course, there are also the largest centrifugal compressors I have not had the chance to see. All of this is enough for me to explore, learn, and study.

Just when I opened the manual and planned to study our air compressor system, I received a task from the workshop, which was to participate in the preparation of various procedures for the air compressor system in our thermal workshop. This is the first time I have been working since I climbed into Panzhihua Iron and Steel! There are some surprises, more are stunned, and some are overwhelmed. In order to be able to write, I have to go to the team of each air compressor station to understand the situation. Thinking of myself as a more introvert, I have some retreat. Now it seems that in fact, I was afraid of shame and could not lose the stinking shelf of college students. Helpless, in order to seize this opportunity to better understand the air pressure system, I only rushed forward with a hard scalp. In the process of visiting each team, I went to the various team leaders to ask for advice. Suddenly, I feel that I am a bit like me, that humility, the thick skin, as if it is attached to me. In the process, I also learned another kind of skill: that is how to communicate with our workers' big brothers, and lay a solid foundation for the subsequent vows to work with the working class! With this experience, I was familiar with the process of writing the process. And this brings me to the conclusion that experience is learned from the simplest things.

For the equipment management of each team, I saw in the internship that the workshop focused on establishing and improving the equipment management system; establishing equipment cards for all kinds of equipment; doing daily inspections and inspections of equipment, and regularly inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and cleaning, And carefully make a record and find out the problem in time. I also went to the team to participate in this work. For example, fill in the equipment operation record table and Zhouan record table for the current production needs, equipment and personnel, and also participate in the construction of small family members, etc., to experience the life of the team and familiarize with the life of the team. In addition, in the team, you can communicate with the employees and build mutual trust with them. Because working with people, if you trust each other, you will get twice the result with half the effort.

In addition, the maintenance of the equipment will naturally involve the various accessories of the equipment. This is something I didn't expect. I thought it was a trivial and complicated job that made people feel a headache. However, the workshop really gave me the task of recording spare parts for various equipment in the workshop. I was dumbfounded when I walked into the warehouse. I almost couldn’t start. Fortunately, Master took me and gave me the name of the accessory, and explained to me what the spare parts are. It took us a week for the mentor and the teacher to take out the big and small accessories in the storeroom. Through this work, I have also learned about the home of our thermal workshop, and I have not been familiar with the equipment on the previous equipment. Tired is tired, but it can be considered a lot of gains.

I am most familiar with the 4# air compressor station in our workshop to repair the D-100/8-e air compressor. Almost all the elites of our air compressor system were dispatched. Watching them unload a block of air compressors and spread the battle. At this point, I finally witnessed the internal structure of the air compressor of this type and related production process, and also deeply understood the important parts and accessories of the air compressor. From one o'clock in the afternoon to two or three in the morning, I have been working hard, I am not tired, only excited. Maybe I am out of the fresh, and even more out of this team.

In addition, I actively participated in the cultural and sports activities of the trade unions and joined the basketball team and football team of our power plant. During the training and competition, I deeply experienced the fun and passion of our employees, and I was more aware of the power of the team. Enriching my spare time also gives me the opportunity to learn more about the colorful corporate culture of the power plant.

The half-year internship has passed by and the experience of internship has been reviewed. There are both joys of harvest and some regrets. Through internships, I have deepened my understanding of the thermal workshop and enriched my knowledge of air pressure and steam, which enabled me to have a deep emotional and rational understanding of the work in the thermal workshop. At the same time, due to various reasons, I still feel some regrets. For example, I know that some work in my thermal workshop only stays on the surface. More often, I just watch other people do it, listen to what others do, and I can't personally feel and deal with some specific work, so I can't understand the essence.

Through the internship, I found that the thermal workshop has reserved a certain amount of resources both in management experience and basic management, and is an indispensable component of the power plant. In addition, in the near future, new steelmaking and rolling mill projects will be launched, and the development prospects of the thermal workshops should be very broad. However, we still lack a lot of core technicians in our workshop. As a new staff member, I have to work harder to make myself a rising star and make my due contribution to the whole plant in terms of safety production and supply. Through internships, I realized that to do a good job in the thermal workshop, we must pay attention to the study of theoretical knowledge, and more importantly, the combination of practice and theory. The thermal workshop is part of the power, and the products it provides are the energy products necessary for the production unit. The work involved is an ordinary, trivial and hard service work. Therefore, in the actual production work, we must always keep in mind that there is no small matter, focus on safety production, and proceed from the actual production, implement and implement "people-oriented, prevention first, law-abiding, safe production, comprehensive management, benign back Circle, continuous improvement, harmonious development" 32-word policy, continuous learning, continuous innovation, advance with the times, provide quality and quantity of products for production units, and strive to achieve the production goals of the whole plant.
