Newspaper internship experience

On September 4th, XX, with the incomparable mood of the news, I started my internship in the mobile group of a special newspaper for nearly four months. Every day, I feel the charm of the news while I feel the hard life of the reporter. In the sigh of complicated interpersonal relationships, I gradually grow up; I learn various kinds of knowledge that I can't learn in the classroom.

When I first entered, the mobile group was just established. The three reporters in our group have not yet transformed from the original work. The task is relatively easy. The thing I have to do every day is to help the teacher turn on the computer, watch the news of the day, and clean up the hygiene. Sometimes it is very depressed, but always keep in mind when the teacher comes out of school: Be sure to be a diligent person. I still persisted despite the boredom. Later, my performance during this time was that the next three reporters were willing to take me out to lay the foundation. The newspaper office is a place for efficiency and results. Whether an interview with an intern reporter can be completed in an interview, and who is willing to have one more burden? Then you can only see if your performance can be recognized by others. Hardworking, it can almost be said to be the first magic weapon to be recognized by your teacher.

Compared to the entire newspaper, the mobile group is the most flexible piece. It does not run as a journalist in other departments. It can cover almost every aspect of the newspaper. For journalists, they need strong professional skills and the ability to respond to various events and manuscripts. For me, it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Since then, the industry areas I have contacted have been much wider. I have different levels of understanding of different events and different manuscripts. The field of view is wider.

Before coming to the newspaper office, it was difficult for the students who had interned in the lectures to talk about the relationship between the newspapers and the newspapers. For me, someone who is not good at dealing with interpersonal relationships, it is a lot of headaches. So, at the beginning, I was careful no matter what I did. I remember that at the beginning, my writing was very slow, and the theme was always bad, and the highlights were not obvious. After the manuscript was handed in, it was changed by the teacher. It really made me suffer for a long time. Later, when I was eating with the teacher, I accidentally said my troubles. I didn't expect the teacher to help me analyze the reason quickly, and then gave me a detailed explanation of how to work on different manuscripts and how to refine the theme. Also taught me how to read newspapers. Especially suitable for my future internship. In fact, journalists are also people. As long as you treat others with sincerity, others will be able to make sincere contacts with you.

During the internship of a certain newspaper, there were as many experiences and gains. Not only in terms of professionalism, but also for my future survival in society. Among the many things, I want to say my feelings and experiences in three things. I also hope that there will be more or less help for friends who will soon enter the newspaper internship.

The first thing is: I am a lucky person. Just after I went there, the teacher will give me an independent interview task when I am too busy. Most of the interviews were made in advance. I took her business card and used the teacher's "flag" to communicate with the interviewee. After a long time, I feel that this is a matter of course. Later, a friend of the TV station invited me to interview with her. I brought the teacher's business card as usual. I sent a message to her for politeness. I did not expect her reply to me: "No, you have to accumulate your own network of resources." Let my two monks feel puzzled, then I tried to accumulate my own network resources. I take the initiative to communicate with interviewees, interview companions, stay in contact with each other, ask for business cards from others, and so on. After a while, I found that the strange city was no longer strange, and the work of the reporter was no longer difficult. Now I want to come. As a journalist, the most important thing is not to write a manuscript, but how to manage your personal connections. It is really difficult to be a journalist without a good network of resources. I am very grateful to the newsletter that my teacher sent me.

During the "Eleventh" period, I suddenly received a call from the teacher and asked me to attend a meeting of the newspaper for her. I didn’t know until after I went to the newspaper’s annual chief reporter, coordinator, and supervisory competition. All departments and resident reporters were present. Looking at them, I was thinking that the newspapers that thousands of people took every day were the result of their joint efforts, and they could not help but see them. If you want to run for the election, many people are chatting and flipping newspapers and magazines. And I am different, I think everyone's speech on the stage is very exciting. They all have the experience of living together with the news, as well as the pursuit and dream of the news. The meeting outside this time made my heart shocked and the love of news increased. During this period, I paid special attention to a girl who competed for the chief reporter of the entertainment version. She is young and energetic, and her language is very attractive. Later, I thought that she was very good at writing entertainment news, and often flew to Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai and other places to interview, admire the natural exposure. The teacher also told me meaningfully: There are 360 ​​lines in the society, one line can be, the newspaper is the same, and one line is fine. No matter what you do, you must have your own good points. It’s a lifetime benefit to think about it. This is the third thing that makes me feel deeply.

Near November, with the internal movement of the newspaper, my teacher went to the education studio, and I also accompanied. Although the time is broken, it is also very rewarding. During this period, I encountered the most depressing and most educational thing during the newspaper. At noon one day, the teacher suddenly arranged for me to go to the interview in the afternoon. The interviewee was the principal of a certain painting and calligraphy school, and had been a "big man" who was heated by all walks of life because of certain events. This time I went to donate books, and it was an exclusive interview with this newspaper. I deeply felt the arduous task, quickly collected a lot of information, and listed in detail two interview outlines about his "squatting" and "not squatting." I came to the interview site early, and my heart was still uneasy. I felt that I was not qualified for the interview and expressed doubts about my ability. This feeling continues the beginning and end of the interview process. Later, the interview was not going well. The interviewees expressed dissatisfaction with my "journalist" and the interview was barely going on. Later, I thought about it, mainly because I did not put myself and the interviewee in the position of "equivalent communication." As a result, the interview was too passive, resulting in no complete questions for the problems envisaged in advance. This incident has given me a very deep education. In fact, during the interview, whether you are facing executives or civilians, whether you are a dad or a young child, you must put your shoulders as high as they can to carry out with them. Equal communication. Interviews and exchanges are the same, and the same is true for people to communicate with others.

The internship is only four months, look back. It is almost the same as the width of my university for four years. Although there have been dissatisfaction and sadness, depression and distress, but in the end is a good memory and harvest. While strengthening my application of professional knowledge, it will also enrich my future life.
