Internship is a good opportunity for us to get into the society and understand the society. Internship is the first stop for us to understand the society. In mid-March XX, I came to my internship unit Yantai Raffles Limited. Company. The following is my internship.

When I first entered the company, I saw the strictness of the company system when I saw the serious door and staff entry and exit system. The first three days of the internship are our basic training period. On the first day, I trained the company's system. Through these, I learned that this company is indeed a very system. Training my company's work on site is still very dangerous, and many dangers are still fatal, which has emerged recently. The accident can be seen. The third day is the training of the department. From today's training, I saw the professionalism of this work.

The department where I am internship is the technical support of the production department, mainly engaged in refrigeration and ventilation work on board. Although I am studying the direction of refrigeration and ventilation for thermal energy and power engineering, I don't know much about the design and installation of actual air ducts, so everything needs to be learned from the most basic. At the beginning of the internship, my colleagues in the office gave me some drawings. Let me learn from the drawings first. Only when I understand them, I will use my own thinking to understand. Only by knowing can I better play and create. During this time I learned the accuracy and professionalism of professional ventilation drawings. Each part on the drawing has a specific symbol, and only know what the symbol is and what it is, in order to figure out the ins and outs of the entire pipeline. And these drawings are in English, and all are professional English for ships. At this time, I really felt the use of English and the paleness of my own English. From then on, I remembered the English I didn't know when I met it. When I was fine, I took a look. After a period of understanding and review, I basically mastered some common English. After that, the manager asked me to sort out the information. I translated Chinese into English to the shipowner. During this period, I learned more about professional knowledge and professional English.

During the internship, I deeply felt that the technical support of the production department is a united, progressive and energetic group. Every day, everyone smiles, even if they face a lot of work pressure, they will still hear laughter in the office; in the face of customers, everyone is always warm and sincere; in the face of work difficulties, everyone always helps each other until the problem is solved. . The whole department is in harmony with each other, just like a big family. The department head is the parent in this family, giving everyone a lot of space to play freely. From them, I really realized the true meaning of Yantai's respect, dedication, efficiency, and high standard of service. I realized the meaning of service and dedication of the technical department, and realized the service concept of creating perfection and serving the society, and realized the Yantai. The corporate culture of Raffles knows what innovation is life. What struck me in particular was that whenever I encountered difficulties and asked for help, anyone would tell me unselfishly; I am glad that I can work, study, and colleagues in such a harmonious atmosphere in such a limited time. Share happiness together and share the work. So I tried to learn from my colleagues. If I didn't understand, I would like to ask and seriously complete every job that the leaders and colleagues handed over to me. Department leaders and colleagues also tried their best to help me, teach me the knowledge related to the business, patiently answer my doubts and puzzles, and gave me a series of internship plans to help me achieve the purpose of the internship.

During this period of time, I not only used the professional knowledge I have learned well, but also learned a lot of practical ways to live in school, broaden my knowledge, and enrich my social practice experience. It laid a good foundation for me to enter the society.

I am very grateful to Yantai Laifus Co., Ltd., and I am grateful to the Ministry of Production for giving me such a valuable internship opportunity. I have a deeper understanding and understanding of society, work and study, and added to my upcoming job. Confidence, let me leave a wonderful page in college life. Secondly, I would also like to thank the teachers of the Technical Service Department for their guidance to me, thank you! I also want to say thank you to Manager Chen and the supervisors, thank you for their cultivation!
