My department is the Nanning branch of the sales department, and is also the general agent of Guangxi Telecom's value-added services. The main agency business is 17909 telephone ip business and PHS business. My job is to promote and sell the telecom 17909 telephone ip business and PHS business. The specific business process is: finding potential customers, maintaining good old customers, and developing new markets. Through many publicity and introduction, we will persuade customers to accept and use our communication products or open our IP phone business.
I entered the internship of the sales department of Japan Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. on January 22, XX. The first two days of entering the company was the internship stage. The company arranged for a master to take me to work for two days. Because our salesman's work is relatively simple, so I have a basic understanding of our company, company products, business processes and methods of operation for two days of study. As a salesman of the company, of course, my job is to run around. In the first week, I followed the master and I felt very relaxed. Later I ran and felt the pressure came. Our work, from the nature of sales, can be said to be direct sales, and can complete a transaction within a few minutes. But I still clearly remember that my first transaction took me more than an hour. The master and I said that to do direct sales business, we should not rush to make a deal at the beginning. The key is to bring customers with confidence and improve their ability to work. It is normal to refuse. It is more common to see a customer.
Nanning is a good place and a major business area for us. There are a lot of units and companies, and there are of course more demanders. At the same time, this is where I like to run. Every time I come, I have a lot of gains. Our business has been in Nanning for more than two years and the overall performance is still good. At present, the company is constantly developing new markets and looking for new customers. On March 1 this year, my colleagues and I were sent to Guigang for business trips. This was my first business trip since I was working. It was a feeling of excitement and lack of confidence. After all, it is the first time to run a business in a strange place, it may be a bit unaccustomed, but thinking that there are four old colleagues together, I feel that there is nothing to worry about. The people in this part of Guigang are good at talking, not exclusive. I wonder if my colleagues say that this is a good market. I felt very lucky at that time and vowed to work hard and earn more money. We went to Guigang to develop an operation plan. We started from the influential government units and started “offensive” to various companies and office buildings. Finally, we were the major markets and school hospitals. The channels of the article were publicized, and the effect was obvious. Sure enough, the first day of the business trip ran out of performance, and in the next few days can run good results. There are also our old customers here, but we are mainly developing new customers. On March 11, the business trip ended in Guigang and returned to Nanning on the same day.
In order to develop new markets, the company recently sent people to run outside. I also like this, I always feel that I can exercise my ability to work in a new market in addition to homework. On March 30, I was sent to Liuzhou for a business trip. Liuzhou is not as good as Guigang. It takes much more time to complete a transaction here than in Guigang. However, Liuzhou is a big market. Six of us have been here for three weeks. Although the performance is average, the market potential is great. In the days when I was on a business trip in Liuzhou, I brought my apprentice for the first time. The boss said that I worked well and gave me a new person. I feel very fulfilled. After all, I got the affirmation of the leadership.

After three months of internship, I basically completed my work tasks and achieved the goal of deepening my knowledge and improving my personal ability through internships. At the same time, I learned how to communicate with customers, how to develop the market, and how to do things by doing things. I have mastered basic sales skills, customer communication and management skills.
