Summer support education report

Year XX is a special year because it is both the 30th anniversary of China's reform and opening up and the Olympic year of China. The summer vacation of XX is also a special summer vacation for me, because during this holiday, I was fortunate to be a volunteer to participate in the teaching activities of college students supporting agriculture in the theme of “New Countryside, New Shaanxi, New Olympics”. Ten days, not long, but enough for me to remember for a long time...

On the morning of July 11, XX, I and 22 college student volunteers from different universities started from Xi'an and arrived in Hexing Village, Maping Town, Luonan County, Shaanxi Province on the afternoon of the same day. Ma Yonghong, the director of the University's Supporting Agriculture Entrepreneurship Center, who was responsible for the event, hosted us and organized a one-day training session to introduce us to the overview of the activity villages and the precautions in supporting agriculture activities and ways and means of activities. . Can not help but say that the conditions here are very difficult, there is no electricity fan, no heating, no running water, the villagers drink water to go to the well, sometimes even rain. There is only one welfare agency in the village, which supplies basic daily necessities such as oil, salt, vinegar and vinegar, while the slightly expensive living and production supplies such as clothes and farm tools have to be over the mountains to go to the streets where another neighboring town government is located. Children younger are attending classes in Guoxiao, which is shared by Hexing Village and Nongxing Village. Older children have to go to another country to attend classes. The rapid modernization of the city, the earth-shaking changes in other rural areas, and the witnessing of everything here, I really saw the gap between urban and rural areas, between rural areas and rural areas. It is gratifying to note that more and more college students and aspiring young people have joined the team of supporting agriculture, and more and more people are paying attention to the development of the countryside. We are already the third batch of college students who come here to support agriculture. Volunteers. According to the regulations of the organization, we live with the peasants, and pay for meals and accommodations. We also do not accept any invitations and gifts for meals. We do not take the people's attention and do not put any burden on the farmers. Therefore, our activities have been supported and supported by farmers.

On the morning of July 13, XX, the volunteers formed three small teams to go to Hexing Village, Nongxing Village and Qiping Village to carry out supporting activities for supporting agriculture.

The blue sky, the green hills, the time to enjoy the scenery here, I and eight teammates stepped on the road and bridge washed by the flood, singing the songs of the supporters to the village. Two volunteers from the village greeted us as the local collaborators of the event. With the help of both of them, we contacted the residents. After the households put their luggage, we visited the village party secretary and the village head, and then discussed the contents of the project. Since teaching is the focus of our team's activities, we must first solve the problem of the class location. With the support of the villagers, we finally used the Pingping Village Elementary School as the venue. The small country in Luping Village is very small, two old classrooms, and a pitted playground. Listening to children said that there are only two teachers in the school, only teaching Chinese and mathematics. Only students under the third grade are in this school, and students above the third grade must go to the mountains and go to the lonely mountain outside the village every day. After solving the problem of class location, my teammates started the recruitment process. The children are very active in signing up and the parents are very supportive. Seeing those pure smiles and listening to the villagers' simple greetings, my teammates and I are determined to do our best to do this.

Our activities include teaching, research, agriculture, and literature. Among them, education and research are the mainstays. Literature and art refers to preparing for the evening party of the event, which is divided into teaching. The theme of the research is “New Rural New Shaanxi New Olympics”. Supporting farmers is to help farmers do some farm work that they can. We started the evening school for farmers, and we combined agriculture with research. Therefore, our team was divided into teaching and research groups, five teaching groups and four research teams. I am the head of the teaching group. I am responsible for writing the teaching plan, assigning daily teaching tasks, and writing daily teaching summary. We have determined the seven-day teaching time and developed a curriculum that provides courses in language, mathematics, English, music, fine arts, sports, interesting geography, historical stories, moral education, and Olympics. Since the enrolled students are all in the first grade to the second grade in the middle school, we divide the students into two classes according to their grades. The big class is the students of the third grade and the third grade and the third grade is the third grade and the third grade. Students, considering that there are several national students, we have set up the school's office as a temporary classroom. If there is a need, we can let our teaching staff teach them at the office.

On July 14, XX, our support for agriculture activities officially began. At 6:40 in the morning, all our team members gathered in the Guoping Village of Luanping Village. The team members took turns to make speeches under the national flag every day. They collectively sang the songs of the farmers. The collaborators gave us the emphasis on action discipline, then run, then disband, and prepare for teaching. The research and support of farmers also began their respective work. At 7:00 in the morning, we started to teach students. This is my first time coaching. Faced with a pair of eyes that are hungry for knowledge and filled with serious faces, I try my best to meet their needs. In the classroom, I pay attention to the interaction between students and students, encourage and praise students as much as possible, and try to cultivate their interest in learning. In addition, I have integrated moral education into my teaching because I feel that they need motivation. After a class, I was exhausted, and for the first time I deeply felt the hard work as a teacher. During the class, we will give some students counseling homework, talk to students who have poor performance in the classroom, let the students know that we are teachers and students, and even friends. In the culture class, we swim together in the ocean of knowledge. In the physical education class, we play in the playground that is not spacious. We do our best to let the students learn and enjoy it. At 11:00 noon, the morning session ends. Classes begin again at 13:30 pm and leave school at 16:00. The day's lectures ended, but our work is far from over. In response to the student's performance at the school, we identified several students for their home visits. First, in order to understand more about students, the second is to put forward some opinions and suggestions to parents, expecting parents to pay more attention to the growth and learning of children. After the home visit, all our team members set out to start the peasant night school. After repeated discussions, we will teach the child's parenting education as the theme of the peasant night school, and the time is set at 20:00-22:00 every day. We first contacted the night school location and then invited the parents to participate. After the parents arrived, we first communicated with the parents one-on-one, and based on their own experiences and what they saw and heard, they provided parents with advice on parenting education. Then we used the captain’s own notebook to drop the parents’ screening experts. Explain the film of parent education. After returning to the place we lived, we also summarized, exchanged, discussed, and self-criticized the work of the day under the auspices of the captain, and then arranged the schedule for the next day. One day's work is over.

Time slips through our busy and busy work every day. We harvested while cultivating. The children’s Lang Lang’s book sounded the most beautiful sound in the world; the children used their dexterous hands and childlike hearts to make an aquarium that we can’t praise; the children wrote with their tender writing. They have been embarrassed about the new countryside and blessed the Beijing Olympics. Each of our team members wrote the most wanted words for the children in the propaganda board of the “New Countryside New Shaanxi New Olympics” and encouraged them to be blessed. We hold recital competitions and essay competitions to award prizes to outstanding students. We organized students to write a letter to Mom and Dad to bring the child closer to the parents. In the last lesson, we left the last touch, telling the children how to treat their parents with gratitude, treat the teacher with respect, treat the study with hardship, treat the friend with sincerity, and treat the person who does not like it with tolerance. Every bit of life is so beautiful, it is worth commemorating, forever and ever. Investigate, we enter the people's home to know the public opinion, be serious and pragmatic, care about the problems that farmers care about, understand the voices of the peasants; we can do what we can to get closer to the peasant people, enhance the relationship with the peasant people, and complement the research; for the end The party, we led the children to carefully prepare...

On July 21st, XX, a day of heavy rain, the river was soaring, we had to advance the party time. Everything became so rushed: hurriedly performing shows, hurriedly taking pictures, rushing to pack up, and rushing to finish the last supper that Auntie made for us... Rain and tears gathered on everyone's face. With heavy rain, the children and the villagers sent us a whole journey. Finally, a group of children were crying in the rain and sang for us, "I wish you a good trip", and we were all moved. There are so many disappointments in my heart, but we have to leave here. Because if we don't leave, we will probably be trapped here if we can't cross the river, and the event is over. We have to go back to Xingcun to make the final summary and exchange of experience. We crossed the river twice and almost washed away by the rushing river, but the strength of unity was strong. We finally defeated the water magic and arrived safely in the evening. On July 22nd, our three squads gathered together to share the work results of each team, exchange work methods and methods, sum up lessons and lessons, and leave valuable information for the next batch of college students supporting farmers. On the morning of July 23, we shed our tears and bid farewell to the warm and kind villagers, the pure and lovely children, and embarked on the way home...

I am very glad that I have the opportunity to participate in this special social practice. It has given me a platform to exercise my hard work and self-worth. It has made me think about the future of our country's countryside, thinking about the direction of our social development, thinking about our country. Destiny, thinking about the responsibilities of our young people. Although we have only supported farming for only a short period of ten days, this activity will continue. We look forward to our continuous action to change the countryside and change China!
