Personal summary of the national summer social practice

This summer, I was fortunate to have a 15-day practical activity in Shiji Junior High School in Puyang County. I experienced the experience of being a teacher for a while, and the whole process benefited me a lot.

The Shiji Junior High School consists of three grades in the middle school. In this practical activity, I participated in the military training in the first grade and part of the teaching in the third grade. In just ten days, I have gained a new understanding of the profession of teachers, and I have learned a lot.

The first is the military training work in the first grade. I was fortunate to be the second-class class, leading a group of young, unrecognizable freshmen to experience ten days of military training. Because I have experienced military training, I can understand the hardships and make sufficient preparations for this. However, I still encountered some unexpected difficulties.

The first point is from parents. Almost all students are accompanied by parents. The entire parent team is more than the number of students, which brings a lot of trouble to military training. Many students are not willing to do things by themselves when they are accompanied by their parents. The military training process is also hard to complain. Parents can't bear to see their children suffer under the scorching sun.

The second point comes from the students. These students have just graduated from elementary school, are still children, and are spoiled. Needless to say, if you are late, the girl is crying, and it is a great test for patience.

There is pressure from myself. Everyone has been a student, but not everyone understands the difficulty of being a teacher, and there is no understanding of understanding. "There is a glimpse of the end of the paper, and I know that this matter must be carried out." Without experience, no helper, everything has to be explored on its own, and it’s not easy to walk along.

I was leaving after the end of the military training. It happened to be a supplementary class in the third grade. I took the opportunity to do a few days of teaching. Fortunately, my major is literature, and I still have a certain degree of understanding of professional knowledge and texts. But in the real process, it is still awkward. The first time I walked onto the podium, I was nervous, only nervous, and my head was blank. I took a minute to start introducing myself. Although I had prepared enough before, my clothes were still a lot wet. With the experience of the first day, it will be much better in the next few days. The life of the third day is intense and busy, I don't dare to care about it. Every time I have to do a lot of preparation before class, to ensure the intake of knowledge. Watching them race every day, as if there is a feeling of returning to the third year of high school, it is fun.

In just ten days, the practice process soon ended, and I also learned a lot from the long summer vacation.

First, patience and care. The profession of teachers reminds people of the nobleness of "spring silkworms to dead silk, wax torches, and tears to dry." To do these nobles is a long process, even a lifetime of hard work, a long process of course Needless patience and care. Although I have only been a teacher for these days, I understand the importance of these, and I have benefited a lot from it. Patiently handle every little thing and carefully observe everyone around you. In fact, every sand is a pearl, just to observe from a different angle.

Second, strong and independent. Strong is built up in the constant polishing, and can learn to be independent when one is strong. After experiencing the entire military training process, a group of ignorant teenagers also grew up. The neat pace and the gradual dark face prove the growth of the soul. The original spoiled habits can also live independently. I also found happiness and satisfaction when I grew up with them.

Third, humility and unity. Each individual forms a group, and everyone is strong enough to be strong. The second class I led this time has achieved good results in the final game. The final Yiyi farewell is proof of everyone's feelings. You can improve your own strength by learning the strengths of others with humility. If you have strong personal strength, you can strengthen your collective. Not only their growth, I have become friends with them for ten days and work together.

Fourth, listening and trusting. "If you listen to it, you will listen to it. If you listen, it will be dark." Listen to many opinions and believe that people around you can do things smoothly. Some people say that listening is an art. Don't look at a group of children. Their language is also the source of inspiration and the source of happiness. The mutual trust between the class members can win the group. I have learned sincerity and trust from them.

This practical activity gave me a new understanding of the profession of teachers, improved my ability, broadened my horizons, added happiness to my holiday, and increased my confidence in my future life. I will remember those students and bless them in my heart.
