This architectural internship report is the true expression I have seen since I first learned about engineering, understanding engineering, and participating in engineering. In this internship report, I will present some of my ideas from the aspects of construction technology, construction safety, construction management, and construction supervision.

One. Construction technology and construction safety

With the continuous deepening of building a well-off society across the country, the speed and scale of urbanization construction are increasing with the fear of day-to-day construction. No matter the city or the country, the construction sites are row upon row, and a tall building rises from the ground. People's pursuit of the beauty, comfort and versatility of modern architecture is constantly upgrading, and construction technology is rapidly increasing with the height of the building. At the same time, it has brought about many new problems, the most important of which is the safety of construction. The safety problem runs through the construction of the project. From construction to putting into use, the safety of the builders and users is always concerned.

The development of construction technology represents the level of development of the construction industry in the country. The development direction of "economical rationality and advanced technology" is the representative of whether a country's construction industry is developed. The "Top Ten New Technologies in the Construction Industry" that the Ministry of Construction of China started in 1990 has only seen a few items in many places, but it has not been comprehensively applied in specific construction. There are many reasons. The most important thing is the local The economic strength is far from the developed coastal cities in the south. There are no problems in design in many places. The designers in the local area can catch up with the counterparts in other parts of the country. It is the economic aspect that restricts the development of local construction industry construction technology and the application of new technologies, new materials and new products. ability! There are many prerequisites for improving construction technology, such as economic strength, the quality of construction workers, the level of construction machinery, and the ability to manage construction sites. I have seen such an example in a science and engineering university gym project. There are no lifting machinery in the area that can lift the steel beams in the design. It is not allowed to rent two large lifting appliances from the field to install the steel beams. The construction company is also a famous steel structure company in the south. Increased construction costs and time to completion.

The factors affecting building safety are intricate. In addition to the mutual interference and influence of many factors in engineering construction, the technical problems of engineering, the quality of materials, and the economic problems of engineering all restrict the safety of buildings from different levels. Engineering safety is not only an engineering and technical issue, but also a social and economic issue. It is closely related to people's lives, involving social and economic development and the progress of human society. Therefore, in every aspect of building engineering design and construction, while pursuing engineering economic benefits and social benefits, remember that safety is the eternal theme of engineering construction!

In terms of construction safety, the state and local authorities have been particularly strict. In addition to economic penalties, all relevant personnel such as the construction project department, construction unit, and supervision unit that have personal injury or death must be subject to administrative penalties, and the relevant units will also be subject to penalties for lowering the enterprise qualification level. There may still be unpredictable "disasters", such as the improper operation of crane workers; during the lifting process of a construction site, the drop of the hanging object cracked the head of a construction worker who was operating the mixer and died on the spot. These shocking examples once again show: "Construction safety is more important than Mount Tai."

two. Construction quality and management

Construction quality and management are complementary to each other, and the two mutually restrict each other and promote each other.

There must be strict management, quality can be guaranteed, and in turn, good quality must have a set of strict management systems to take care of. "Construction Engineering Quality Acceptance Specification" GB50300-XX has made detailed regulations on the quality of construction projects, and each construction unit uses it as the standard for construction quality evaluation. The following is a brief analysis of the common quality accidents in the construction, and the relationship between construction quality and management.

1. Bottom template bracket settlement

a. Analysis of the cause: In the construction process, the management is not good, the design is not carried out before the mold is attached. After the vertical mold is not carefully checked whether the bracket is stable, the construction team operating technicians are not trained, not familiar with the construction method, blind and dry, resulting in engineering accidents.

b. Quality Assurance Measures: The formwork support must be determined according to the specifications and carefully calculated before pouring. Before the construction, the base soil of the formwork should be filled flat, the axis position of the support should be placed, the gravel cushion should be placed, and the block should be set under the support.

2. Expansion mode

During the pouring process, the template bulges, deflects, bursts and even collapses, and the expansion mold appears.

a. Analysis of the reason: the lateral support stiffness of the template is not enough, the template is too thin and the strength is insufficient, and the pinch support is not strong; if the column spacing is too large in the column mold, the mold expansion phenomenon will occur.

b. Quality assurance measures: After the template is in place, the technician should check it in detail and find the problem and correct it in time. Generally, the middle part of the beam is pulled with the wire through the crosspiece, or the two sides of the formwork are tightened by the pull bolt; the column mold should calculate the side pressure when pouring the concrete, check whether the hoop is satisfactory, and add the standard level to the standard in time. Support, scissors, etc.

3. Steel processing error

a. Analysis of the cause: The construction management is chaotic, there is no strict inspection system, the operator will go to the construction site without training; the steel level is not understood, there is no ingredient list on the construction site, the operator is not strong, and the length of the unloading is out of control. Short time.

b. Quality assurance measures: A sound quality inspection system must be established at the construction site. Each process must be inspected. The steel bar ingredients should be produced in strict accordance with the design drawings. The steel bars should be straightened first, and then removed after rust removal. Steel bars of the same specification shall be uniformly listed, indicating the grade, type, diameter, etc. of the steel bars. Special personnel shall be responsible for transportation, stacking and lifting. Technicians should conscientiously do a good job in concealing engineering acceptance records for steel bars.

4. Leaking structural reinforcement

a. Analysis of the reasons: The understanding of structural design is not comprehensive, and the role of structural reinforcement is not enough. In my opinion, most of them are not enough to pay attention to forgetting that they should also place structural steel bars, such as putting less or not putting "waist bars" in the beams, bending the steel bars under the columns, and so on.

b. Quality assurance measures: Carefully inspect the installed steel bars to make up the structural steel bars, especially the edges and corners of the cast-in-place plates, the support parts of the beams, and the surrounding walls of the walls or plates. Effective measures should be taken during construction to protect the location of the structural reinforcement, and should not be stepped on at will.

5. Improper concrete pouring causes defects in components

This defect is clearly seen after the mold is removed, and it is too late to remedy it. Because the enamel has been initially condensed, there will be honeycomb, pockmark, unevenness, exposed ribs, holes, slag inclusions, etc., which affect the structural durability requirements.

Quality assurance measures: Commonly used treatment methods include partial repair, grouting, and reinforcement. It is necessary to formulate a reasonable construction technical plan, clarify the operational requirements, and carry out technical delivery work to the work team. Clear responsibility, implement the demarcation and listing system, strengthen on-site management, pay attention to observe the situation after the template is loaded, and solve the problem if it is found.

It can be seen that the emergence of quality accidents is a loophole in management! Therefore, strengthening management can minimize the occurrence of quality problems.

Construction supervision organization

Since 1988, China has started the pilot project of construction project supervision system in the construction field, and gradually implemented it five years later. In 1997, the "Building Law of the People's Republic of China" made provisions in the form of a legal system: "The State promoted the construction project supervision system", so that the construction project supervision entered the implementation stage nationwide. It is a major reform of China's engineering construction management system and has had a profound impact on the management of China's engineering construction. The important contents of construction project supervision are summarized as: “three control, two management, one coordination”, which not only controls the investment of engineering construction, construction period and project quality; carries out project construction contract management and information management; coordinates the relationship between relevant units.

Building products have the characteristics of high value and long service life, and are related to people's life and property safety and healthy living environment. The project supervision enterprise accepts the entrustment of the construction unit, serves the construction unit, and supervises and manages the construction process of the construction project from the perspective of the product demander. The quality of materials, equipment, components and components, and the quality of the divisional projects shall be strictly supervised and examined in a pre-, post-, and post-event management manner to ensure the quality and safety of the project.

Compared with the formal supervision enterprises, their personnel are highly qualified, the enterprise management system is sound, and the corporate culture is quite excellent. Some of the supervisory company personnel are aging and old-fashioned, and they are unable to adapt to today's supervision activities. There are also supervisors who neglect their duties, the benefits of the construction unit, do not seriously perform the supervision duties, and do not serve the construction unit very well. Such irregularities and irregularities are believed to be related to the opening of the market and the improvement and perfection of the legal system. And get solved!

four. Conclusion

There are still many gaps in the Chinese construction industry compared to the developed Western countries. Only the people in the Chinese construction industry can continue to exceed them. Of course, there are still many places to improve, and step-by-step construction is the way out.

Through the construction business internship, I am more aware of the development level and status quo of Chinese architecture.
