Introduction

Chengdu Yachuang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise integrating investment casting precision casting and CNC machining. Founded in 1988, the company is located in Chengdu Shuangliu Longgang Industrial Zone, covering an area of ​​15,000 square meters, with a construction area of ​​8,500 square meters, more than 50 million yuan in fixed assets, and more than 260 senior and middle-level technical and management personnel. At present, the company has the production capacity of mold design and manufacturing, investment casting and precision casting.

The company has two physical production units: precision casting factory and machinery factory. Internship process

1) Safety first. For any machinery factory, safety is always the top priority, so under the leadership of the internship teacher, we first carried out some safety education and safety issues and items to be aware of during the internship. For example, when entering the processing workshop, sandals are not allowed to enter the factory; trousers must be worn when entering the factory; smoking in the factory is forbidden, the clothes are not allowed to open after entering the factory, the jackets are not allowed to hang on the body, and the backpacks are not allowed to enter the factory; People should not pile up in the factory, do not stand on the main road of production; without the permission of the intern teacher, do not press the button or switch;

2) Blank selection. First of all, we came to the original blank processing workshop of the parts. Under the guidance of the teacher, we learned the following knowledge. The parts are generally processed from the blank. Under the existing production conditions, the blanks mainly include castings, forgings and stampings. The casting is a part blank obtained by pouring the molten metal into a pre-made mold cavity and cooling it and solidifying. In general machinery, the weight of the castings accounts for more than 50% of the total weight of the main machine. It is the main source of the parts of the blank. The outstanding advantage of the casting is that it can be a variety of complex shaped part blanks, especially part blanks with complex internal cavities, and in addition, the castings are inexpensive. According to the master who guided us internship, our factory mainly produces blanks in this way. However, the disadvantage is that in the production process, there are many processes, the quality of the casting is difficult to control, the mechanical properties of the casting are poor, and the forging is used by impact force or pressure, and the metal blank after heating is plastically deformed, thereby obtaining the part blank. The structural complexity of forgings is often less than that of castings. However, the forging has a good internal structure and thus good mechanical properties. Therefore, it is used to make the blanks of important machine parts and tools that are subjected to heavy loads and impact loads. The stampings are the bodies obtained by plastically deforming or separating the metal sheets by using punching machines and special molds. Stamping is usually carried out at room temperature. The stamping parts have the advantages of light weight, good rigidity and high dimensional accuracy. In many cases, the stamping parts can be directly used as parts.

3) Processing workshop. When I came to the processing workshop, the first feeling I gave here was that it was too big. The workshop was divided into five parts, namely turning, milling and other processing, fitter, CNC machining, welding, almost covering all aspects of machining, probably There are five or six hundred people who are working on various parts at the same time. Although we have also conducted metalworking internships at school, we have done some parts and have some understanding of the machine tools, but it is really in the atmosphere of the processed parts. The big difference is that the machine tools in our school are all in a certain age. The new machine tools that are rarely produced in recent years are in speed. Our processing speed is too slow. We need the same time to process the same part. It is five or six times that of these processing masters, and it is impossible to carry out industrial production at all. 4) Assembly workshop. Any machine is assembled one after another. In the assembly shop, there are probably more than one hundred people collecting and assembling parts, and packaging, and then transferred to the storage plant. In this workshop, the workers first The collected parts are used for flying, one is easy to assemble, the assembly method, the assembly sequence, the required tools are determined; the parts are cleaned, the oil is removed, the rust is rusted, the oil is applied, and the surface is clean and beautiful after the machine is assembled. After the assembly of the product is completed, it is necessary to debug all aspects of the parts, check the elasticity and sealing properties of the moving parts, and then transfer them to the warehouse.

5) Quality assurance, sales and after-sales processing

Finally, we came to the quality inspection department. They mainly conducted random inspections on the products they produced, recorded their data, and returned to the processing workshop to modify and modify the products to better produce and store qualified products. As for the sales part, according to the sales department, due to the order-based production adopted by the company, the sales are all optimistic.

Experience in mechanical manufacturing

After nearly one week of internship, the internship really reached the first front line of the machinery manufacturing industry.
