Working in the front desk of the postal business hall not only has many users, but also many things to coordinate, especially at the important moments of the Olympic Games. Every job is a challenge for us. What impressed me the most was our parcel delivery. Our salesperson not only has to consult the location of the user in detail, but also carefully test each item sent. Sometimes the test process is too careful and will be ridiculed by some users. At this time, our business people just took it with a smile. Such an attitude, such a genius, is hard to come by and worthy of learning by each of us.

The internship is mainly about the workflow of our postal traditional business, which is the letter business, express delivery, and parcel delivery. Due to the use of computer terminals, the handling of these services has become very simple. The largest amount of business is our EMS, and in many cases even more than ordinary letters. This fully demonstrates that our postal EMS has a high reputation and reputation and is recognized by our customers. When it comes to our parcels, I have to say that because there are too many taboo items, the inspection is too strict, so that we lose a large part of the users, the economic loss is small, and the impact on our future business development is still relatively large. Of course, this time is definitely to put national security first, but we also need to do some corresponding rescue measures. For example, do some posters to promote safety first, tell the public our original intention, and resume the receipt and delivery of some items after the Olympics. Tell them that we are not terminating this business, but only temporarily putting our national security first. This not only enhances our postal corporate image, but also gains the public's understanding to recover a large number of lost customers.

For postal sales staff, it is very important to improve the individual's comprehensive quality and cultivation. This is what my business class is doing very well. They combine personal ethics and business knowledge. Every morning after I arrived, I discussed the problems and precautions in the work under the leadership of the class representatives.
