2019 College Student Metalworking Internship Report
The metalworking internship for which it is not long will come to an end. In the past eight days, our team has internships for the lathe, line special/number milling/number of cars/milling, fitter, and welding heat. Although the time is short and you can't do in-depth study, the life in these days is also rich in content and full of fun. During the internship process, I not only had a certain understanding of the actual industrial production process, but also mastered some basic skills, improved my operational skills and hands-on ability, and learned a lot of qualities necessary for work and study, and initially cultivated myself as a The literacy of an engineer. Here is my little bit of it.
First, schedule
In the days when I participated in the metalworking internship, every day we went to work at 8:30 from 8 o'clock, and we took more than one hour of rest at noon. We had to go to work at one and a half in the afternoon, and we could finish the internship at five o'clock. This made me change the bad habit of sleeping late in the summer vacation, and strive to go to bed early and get up early every day, as if I was back to military training. This has opened up a good start for this semester, which is very beneficial for us to develop healthy habits and habits, to help us correct the morning sleep, and the upside down work from noon. Not only that, this schedule also enhances our concept of time, and makes me realize that everything is going to be early and not late, and there is room for doing things without being in a hurry.
Second, keep calm
During the internship, many types of work need to remain calm. For example, the mechanics are a little nervous at first, not too much when they add their body, that is, they can't turn the handle at the appropriate speed, or they can't read the data or can't think of it at all, which leads to low efficiency. And failure. After calming down, I realized that I was too nervous, so I calmed my emotions. I did not panic and did the following steps. Another example is the welding process, too much tension, the hand is always shaking, the welding is twisted, the welding torch is not fast or slow. Only the calm air can slowly push the welding torch, soldering, and welding.
Third, unity and cooperation
There are many operations that require two or more students to work together. At this time, it is necessary to carry forward the spirit of unity and cooperation. In the process of heat treatment, each person performs his or her duties, is responsible for one of their own links, and helps each other to help other students. There is no selfish help among the students, sincere encouragement and mutual encouragement, all the pressure to share the work, and share the joy brought by the success. The metalworking internship is more like a collective activity, bringing them closer to each other and filling the gap between them. It is an opportunity to thoroughly show the charm of the group on a few occasions in college life.
Fourth, patience and endurance
It is necessary to say which part of the metalworking internship is most impressive, and all the students in the class will answer the fitter. Entering the workplace is a matter of success. Standing there and sawing and smashing for a morning, even a decent plane could not be seen, and it was really dizzy and shocked. At the end of the first day, the hammer of the hammer was broken, and I really felt that I could not finish it. Fortunately, there was a two-day break, and after re-concentration, I started work again and finally completed the task on time. The fitter is a big challenge for me. It tells me not to be hurry and master the method. Only with the dual guarantee of patience and endurance can we get the job done well.
V. Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude
In terms of education, Confucius advocated teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. During the internship, I also realized that I should also apply "work" to the materials. There are several ways to achieve a goal. At this time, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the accuracy requirements, and the economic benefits of many factors to choose the most appropriate method. For example, machining a ring can be done with a lathe, or with a planer, a fitter, a grinder, or even a wire cutter, but the precision they process is not the same, and the time and cost are also quite different. The same is the lathe, the processing depth of different materials is different each time, the hard just should be within 1mm, and the softer or other metal can cut more each time. If the requirements for different turning tools are different. The finishing car is less cut than the rough one. In short, it is necessary to conduct a specific analysis according to the specific situation.
The metalworking internship in the past ten days, although somewhat tired, is very gratifying. The masters who gave us guidance are very easy-going. When we can't open the door or when our hands are unfortunate, they always patiently explain it to us over and over again, even hand-pushing the technology. We usually feel the theory. How important is practice. If there is no metalworking internship, one day out of the school gate, what is the welding electrode, what is the bench vise, the lathe and the milling machine are different, the original nut can be manually ground, the casting material is sand... ...these we don't know, but also the students of engineering and engineering! It is conceivable that the practical knowledge of metalworking internships is of great value. It is for us to regard ourselves as a steel material, to continue to beat in the practice of this melting pot, to constantly hone, so that our body and spirit are constantly improved and sublimated, and cast into an excellent workpiece!
Innovation report and some suggestions
1. Because the internship time is very short, and there are more types of work, the arrangement is relatively tight. It is basically a job type in a day or so. Many things only learn the fur, or just have a general understanding of the relevant knowledge. In this way, what you have learned will soon be forgotten, and the impression is not deep, let alone skilled, so that there is no opportunity for students to innovate in this regard. Some teachers explain the steps of the introduction and operation of the work, let the students follow the steps, and see that there is still time for the students to do homework. I think the teacher should give some time for the students to freely play according to their own ideas, or It is to guide students to carry out some activities that are conducive to innovation, to make learning and life use, to learn something that has not been done, and to cultivate students' innovative ability.
2. If you have time, you should let the students know about the working principle and introduce the machine and operation as much as possible. This will let the students understand the origin of each step of operation, and let the students remember each step more clearly, and the operation is not prone to errors. This also adds a layer of protection to the safety of the students.
3. The number of people in each group should not be too much. Because there are many people, listening to the teacher can't be heard clearly. It is also difficult to see the teacher's operation. This makes it easy for students to determine whether their operation is correct or not. Mishandling is prone to danger. Therefore, I think that there are some types of jobs that should increase the number of teachers, make each component more detailed, and let students ask more opportunities for teachers.
4. When cutting sheet metal in sheet metal, it is very difficult to measure each time. It is possible to add scale and fixing device to the bed, so that continuous cutting can be realized. It is even possible to consider installing an automatic device, similar to automatic walking, which can be done automatically when cutting the same type of sheet.
