The company integrates yarn singeing, mercerizing and dyeing, fabric weaving and finishing and garment production, with rapid response capability, short production cycle and prompt delivery. The company has a Knitting Technology Research and Development Center of China Knitting Industry Association. It has strong yarn, fabric and garment design capabilities and research and development capabilities of green new materials. It has become a professional OEM manufacturer of deadly mercerized cotton t-shirts and shirts.

At about 12 noon that day, we gathered in front of a canteen and took the school bus. As the road was unfamiliar, we walked back and forth repeatedly. After an hour's drive, we finally stopped in front of a simple building. After the teacher and Changli contacted, we got off.

As soon as I entered the workshop, I saw the training of the factory rules displayed on the red bottom, which was particularly eye-catching. Turning over is the cutting workshop, but what surprised everyone is that there are already few people in it, and only a few aunts chatted. It was later learned that the cutting and printing workshops had moved to the new site. There are only a few cutting machines left and a few full sacks left quiet, perhaps because the workshop is relatively large, which makes people feel particularly empty. Passing through a door is the printing workshop. Like the cutting workshop, it is also empty, but the small room is full of machines, and the control equipment on it is also stored intact. We don't spend a long time here, because the machine that no one operates is dead, and it's just a place. From here we can't understand the wisdom of human-computer cooperation.

On the second floor is the sewing workshop. Looking into the eyes are people, the air seems to be filled with anger. According to the type of processing t-shirts, they are divided into five groups, each processing a t-shirt. Pipeline operations make work more efficient, and it's a perfect fit to describe this way of working with “cooking.” However, I always feel a bit of a fly in the ointment, that is, the local is a bit messy, and some of the clothes baskets do not properly occupy a small aisle, and the shuttle is often not smooth. There is also a process that is particularly surprising to us - the button. At school, we can even spend twenty minutes in order to make a button special. And the buttoning machine in the factory makes us feel how primitive the hand is. The female worker who buckled told us that she could nail more than three thousand a day. Looking at them, they put the buttons on the machine. After a few seconds of hard work, a button was honestly surrendered. I began to admire the great minds of mankind. It was not far from here that I was attracted by another thing, it was a relatively large guy. Asked the operator over there that it was used to suck away the thread left on the clothes, where the wind was blowing inside, and the clothes were sucked up when they were put in. I think, can it be used to blow moist hot air for the initial ironing of fabrics that are particularly easy to wrinkle, I think that the wind will fully stretch the fabric, so that you can avoid ironing on the ironing table. From another exit, we came to the ironing shop on the first floor. Most of the ironing workers are male, and the work of stacking and bag sealing is all for women. This is not so much a gender extreme, it is better to explain it as a natural nature. Location: Wuxi Children's Children's Wear Factory

Process: Cutting workshop workshop workshop

June 1 is the production of children's wear, mainly to make children's wear to others according to the order. When we went to visit, they were producing vacuum jackets in winter.

The first thing we went to was the cutting workshop, the first time we saw a mobile cutting machine. A thick piece of fabric has a desired shape after turning the right turn of the cutting machine in the hands of the cutting master. At that time, we were amazed and amazed. Only the processed clothes in the sewing room are different from the natural ones, and the required processes and naturals are similar. It’s just a lot of effort to decorate children’s clothing. The rabbit pocket requires four or five procedures, so I think that children’s clothing is expensive, in addition to high-quality fabrics, high security, and probably complicated manufacturing process. There are relationships.

Due to the small scale, we spent more than twenty minutes to visit. Later we went downstairs and accidentally found the technical team. It was a place where everyone was eager to work in the future. The facts also prove that we are here. Interest is much higher than in the craft workshop. There, the professional master is making samples, and it is also a cute children's wear. I heard that it is also exported. There we met a colleague, she is the "supervisor" from the order side, but people are very good, sincere and enthusiastic. She explained the various questions on the order and always emphasized the importance of English in this industry. That working group is the smallest of all the places we visited, but it is our favorite and most rewarding place. When I arrived at the working group, I discovered that in my heart, the professional focus has not been on the craft, but on the more theoretical aspects.

It is the largest production of fine wool fabrics and garment production bases with the largest production scale, the best technical equipment, the most varieties and colors, the best process quality and the highest product quality. The scale is ranked third in the world. The company was successfully listed in Shanghai Securities in 1999.

Since the first two are small companies, our vision is still very limited, and the Sunshine Group to visit this time is very different, so I started to imagine the scene in the car.

The first stop is to visit the Sunshine Group's exhibition hall. The weather is too hot, and the car feels the intensity and brilliance of the sun. I think the Sunshine Group is also a warm and energetic summer sun. Standing in the shade of the trees, a row of red gold leaps into the eye - "the world is full of sunshine", under the sun's rays, the words are also shining.

Under the leadership of the teacher, we stepped into the cool exhibition hall. The furnishings of the hall are so solemn and elegant, and the style is not extravagant. When we arrived at the exhibition hall on the eighth floor, we first met with a director who led us on this visit. Just stepping into the exhibition hall, the carpet with soft soles and not falling on the soles of the feet shows us the temperament and taste of the sun. The display inside is even more decent. There are several fabrics in the exhibition hall that are particularly eye-catching. They are the best of the treasures and have to be introduced in the special edition.

After visiting the exhibition hall, we went to the production factory by car. There we saw a truly spectacular and beautiful style. The cutting shop is our first stop, the huge cutting machine is going back and forth on the cutting bed, and only one operator controls the computer. Some of them are cut and formed at the same time, and there are also rough and fine cuts. Each time from a dozen to dozens of pieces, depending on the material and specific requirements. A single cutting workshop is very big.

Out of the cutting room, we went to the ironing workshop. The ironing masters are all dressed in shirts, with a work permit on their necks, and they are neat and tidy, but they spare no effort. There is a first aid kit next to several ironing rooms to prevent burns, which is particularly human. If you love your company, you should take care of the employees who create value for the company and take certain protective measures to protect him.

Their interests. A suit needs to go through all the procedures in the entire ironing shop. Only one sleeve is repaired by five or six parts, and each process must be cautious.

Turning out is the sewing workshop, which is the process that requires the most people and the most complicated steps. Compared with the previous two companies, Sunshine Group is really a demeanor. It shows a cohesiveness and self-motivation that everyone should have. You can feel the tension and the business atmosphere. The huge economic benefits that will come, everything is so exciting. In general, five or six people are required to complete each step at the same time. Each machine is marked with the process and requirements, so we can better understand each step. In many steps, only one or two stitches need to be completed, such as short sleeves, short backs, net cuffs, long sleeves and sleeves, etc. Of course, there are relatively complicated ones, such as double weave pockets. Regardless of whether the process is complicated or not, every employee who is skilled and confident in doing his job is the best and is worth encouraging.

Of course, once we asked one of the employees, she asked us in a very ridiculous tone. After the anger, I began to reflect on what I learned and what I learned in college. For some basic nouns and basic steps, many of our classmates are just like me, and it is really not enough for us to study professionally after class.

The last visit was the sales department. What surprised us was that there were almost no customers in the market. I think this may be related to their sales of the company's products and seasons.

Summary: After a basic visit by three companies, we have an initial practical understanding of the apparel industry, but everything needs to continue to deepen, because we are never satisfied with the existing reality. Regardless of the field in which we are engaged in clothing in the future, we are motivated to do something smart and distinctive.
