2019 Production Internship Report

In the twinkling of an eye, we are already a senior. However, after three years of college study, my understanding of this major is still not enough, and it cannot be closely related to the actual situation of society. At the beginning of the new semester, in order to let us out of the campus, we understand the connection between industrial production lines and industrial design. In order to make our future design more suitable for production practice, we have specially organized production internships. During the three-week internship , we went to Baotou No. 2 Factory, Yili Group, Inner Mongolia Museum and Hohhot Culture Street. For the first time, I personally experienced the knowledge and practical application. I understand that design can't be based on my own imagination. It must be combined with the actual production. Only when it can be mass-produced, the design of the market is a successful product. This kind of internship has broadened my horizons, reading thousands of books, and traveling thousands of miles, which is very beneficial to my growth.

On September 3, we came to the first battle of internship . Inner Mongolia North Industrial Group Co., Ltd. is the original Baotou No.2 Machine Factory. It was founded in 1954. It is a national large-scale enterprise and a national enterprise technology center. It has developed into a modern enterprise group with complete process and strong comprehensive strength in special steel smelting, casting and forging, heat treatment, surface treatment, mechanical processing, welding assembly, electro-hydraulic, assembly and commissioning, scientific research and so on. During the internship, we first listened to a series of safety issues and items that need attention during the internship. In the following period of time, we divided into several groups and successively conducted production internships in the deep hole workshop, hydraulic workshop and electromechanical workshop. We visited their production assembly line and asked the teacher about some of the processing techniques of the parts, which benefited a lot. In the deep hole workshop, there are more accurate perceptual cognitions for the lathes such as the planer and the planer. The masters listen to the five major parts of the machine: the bed, the column, the grinding head, the carriage, and the workbench. Such as spitden cytosis, their processing technology, processing characteristics are unconsciously embedded in my head.

But unfortunately, we can't do some specific practical operations, but observe the production process and assembly process of each part of a machine tool, so that many of the knowledge that I have learned from books has lived up, and I understand that this major is Some specific applications in the manufacture of technology. In the hydraulic workshop, I asked the masters about the processing of general parts, and learned a lot of things that could not be learned in books. Parts processing requires a variety of processes, such as scribing, roughing, heat treatment, quenching and tempering, finishing. , quenching, etc., the knowledge learned from the internship and the theoretical knowledge of the textbooks and craft books that have just been completed immediately become alive. In the internship of the electromechanical workshop, he greatly enriched his knowledge of the parts processing technology and expanded his knowledge. In this internship, the most deeply felt is the understanding of the importance of CNC machine tools in the mechanical manufacturing industry. It is the combination of electronic information technology and traditional machining technology. It combines modern precision machinery, computer, communication, hydraulic and pneumatic, photoelectric Multi-disciplinary technology, such as high efficiency, high precision, high automation and high flexibility, is an indispensable production equipment for cutting-edge industries. At present, most of China's CNC machine tools are from advanced foreign manufacturers. Regardless of the quantity and accuracy performance indicators, China's manufacturing industry lags far behind developed countries, and we need to catch up. Finally, we also visited the assembly process of the large roadheader and the exhibition hall of the North Heavy Industry. In the exhibition hall, I learned that the core values ​​of "he, shun, truth, faith, and courage" are the inheritance and development of the group's history. The Northern Heavy Industry Group has a strong cultural heritage. The excellent quality that has been tempered by the 5,000-year history of China has gone through the essence of the company's development and has become the core value concept of the North Heavy Industry Group. "To cast a strong national sword, to make the people rich and plow" is the purpose of Beizhong people.

On September 16th, we visited Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. Yili Group is one of the leading enterprises in the dairy industry in China. It has five business divisions of liquid milk, cold drink, milk powder, yogurt and raw milk, and more than 130 affiliated companies. More than 1,000 varieties of "Yili" brand ice cream, ice cream, milk powder, milk tea powder, sterile milk, yogurt, cheese, etc., which have the characteristics of halal, have passed the green food identification of the National Green Food Development Center. Yili ice cream and ice cream have ranked first in the country for ten consecutive years. Yili ultra-high temperature sterilization milk ranks first in the country for seven consecutive years. Yili milk powder and milk tea powder production and sales have consistently ranked among the top three in the country. During this internship, we visited the production line of liquid milk. Under the guidance of the instructors, we visited the entire process of production, packaging and storage. The lecturer gave us a detailed explanation. Although there are many things I still don't understand, the green, modern and fully automatic workshops also provide a source for my future design. Green design and high-tech content are becoming more and more important.

On September 17th, we came to the Inner Mongolia Museum. The Inner Mongolia Museum is located near the Party and Government Building in Hohhot, and is integrated with the Ulanchat Grand Theatre. A building with historical and ethnic characteristics. The design concept comes from the "Wolf White Deer." Directly hit the ancient origin of the nation. The new museum is integrated into the Ulanchat Grand Theatre. Two buildings of very similar shape are intertwined. On the left is the new museum of the Inner Mongolia Museum, and on the right is the Ulanchat Grand Theatre. The use of curved and curved strips makes the whole building look soft and once again reaches the lingering emotional realm. The large glass curtain makes the huge body look very light. Combined with the gray aluminum sheet construction materials, the building looks very suitable for the city's color and period features. The use of a large area of ​​green lawn is very suitable for the sky in the north. Boldly use the curve, which is soft and natural overall. The use of curved roofs and inclined columns allowed the entire building to dance under the sky in the north. The combination of staggered ascending ramps and slanted columns looks like a deconstructive style. It seems that the shape is very natural and the space is rich and varied. The exhibition mainly includes four parts: “Inner Mongolia Biological Exhibition”, “Inner Mongolia Historical Relics Exhibition”, “Inner Mongolia Modern and Contemporary Cultural Relics Exhibition” and “Inner Mongolian National Folk Relics Exhibition”. First of all, I visited the first floor of the introduction of biology, including the unique biological and paleontological specimens of Inner Mongolia. I also opened the dinosaur hall. Every vivid animal is deeply attracted to my eyes. Later, I visited every part of the museum one by one. There are unique landscapes in Inner Mongolia that are “the sky is green, the wild donkeys, the wind blows grass and sees the cattle and sheep”. What makes me fascinated is the traditional costumes of Inner Mongolia, which have a minority lifestyle. Reproduce the picture, as well as various unearthed ancient artifacts. Through the visit, I have some understanding of the national characteristics. I think this will play a big role in the future design. Maybe there are not many designers who pay attention to national characteristics, but its market is very good.

On September 18th, it was the last day of our internship. This time we came to Hohhot Culture Street. Staying here is like returning to the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has witnessed the glory of Hohhot. The architecture and the crafts in the store are full of art. This internship has enabled our entire production internship to be sublimated. Although we are an industrial design major in the School of Mechanical Engineering and are more inclined to science and engineering, industrial design itself has certain artistic characteristics. In this place full of artistic features, I saw many ancient works of art and handicrafts with ethnic characteristics. They immediately enriched my original brain and became a source of inspiration for my design. .

The three-week production internship is over, but its impact on me has only just begun. In this internship, Baotou No. 2 Factory showed us the efficiency of the production line, which made our future design more realistic. In my own opinion, learning is not just about knowledge, but more importantly, how to apply what you have learned. We can't just be limited to textbook theory. We should pay attention to our own study of production practice. Without theoretical guidance, design will not be discussed, but the theory is out of reality. The design may be very ornamental, but it lacks practicality. Operability. The green and advanced production mode of Yili Group may be the development direction of our design in the future. “Green design” has not become an international design trend. In the museum and cultural street, I feel the charm of art. Industrial design and art design, this one is out of the modern art design, is the extension and development of modern art design. Although we are an industrial design major in the School of Mechanical Engineering, which is biased towards science and engineering, industrial design itself is inseparable from art. The three-week internship not only touched the actual operation of production but also felt the artistic atmosphere. It was very beneficial to me. Maybe three years of book study is not as good as the experience of the three-week production internship. After my internship, my mind No longer the same, it will have a great impact on the future curriculum design and graduation design and even after graduation.
