As a teacher's teaching work, whether the previous preparation work is sufficient is directly related to the quality of the whole class. Therefore, it is indispensable to find information and do a good job of teaching. A well-documented and well-organized lesson plan is conducive to the smooth development of the lectures given by the teachers in the class. It will not “speak forever” and will also facilitate the students’ acceptance in a timely manner and will not let the students know what to do. However, in this trip to the countryside, due to the rush of preparation time, only a large amount of information was collected, but the focus and non-focus of the processing materials were not paid attention to, and the screening and sorting were not carried out in accordance with the theme, resulting in the focus of the lectures during the class. Outstanding, lacking intrinsic logic, thus causing students to feel that the content of the lectures is scattered, which is not conducive to students' memory. In my opinion, preparation before the lecture is an important part of a successful lesson.

Second, it is a contingency, and it is really practical. As a person without teaching experience, it is difficult to accurately grasp the class, there will be or have already finished class, but the content of the lecture has not been finished or the content of the preparation has been finished, and the remaining part of the time. In the face of sudden emergencies in various classrooms, or strange questions raised by students, this time, teachers are required to adapt to the situation. In addition to the need for savvy and responsive work, the random strain requires the teacher's real talents and profound knowledge. Students have strong imagination and often ask questions that teachers usually don't notice. And a question is thrown over, how the teacher handles it properly, how to make his explanation convince the students, which will affect the prestige of a teacher among the students. Therefore, as a language teacher, profound literary skills and extensive knowledge are a key. In this time I went to the countryside, I deeply realized the lack of my knowledge reserve. In addition, the knowledge reserve is not to make yourself a library, but to integrate what you have learned, and to understand it, so that you can only come and go in class.

Third, the monks are tireless and care for their dreams. Mencius believes that "getting the best in the world and educating" is a great pleasure for him. However, the actual situation we face is often that students accept different abilities and their qualifications vary widely. What we have to do is love, patience and care. In my spare time, the students sighed to me that we are more enthusiastic and more concerned about students and responsible when comparing the teachers of our team to the normal teaching of their schools. While I am gratified and happy with the appreciation of my classmates, I came up with the following sentence: "It is not difficult to do a good thing. It is often a good thing to do good things all the time." Is this not the case for the educational cause of evangelism? We can maintain the enthusiasm for nine days, but what if it is nine years? How can we guarantee that we will not be bored in the face of day-to-day boring teaching tasks? "Knowledge is not as good as music, and music is not as good as it is." How to be tireless, this is a question we seriously think about.

I am fortunate to be a liaison to the 2nd class when I went to the countryside. In fact, it is the function of the class leader. After nine days in the countryside, I feel that it is not easy to work as a class. He has to play more than just a teacher who teaches knowledge. He must always pay attention to the students’ class status, daily psychological problems, etc. The unity and order of a class is unbiased. We are going to the countryside to face a group of simple and lovely rural children. Most of the students we face in the future also have the same pure and noble dreams. Perhaps more than a few years of experience will make us more realistic. But as a teacher, we can't impose our own values ​​and worldview on them. We have to protect their dreams, give them encouragement, courage, hope and direction.

All in all, when a qualified teacher is not easy, the individual's comprehensive quality is a basic guarantee. "Learning as a teacher and being a fan" should not be just a slogan, but should be internalized as a teacher's code of conduct. The road to teaching is long and far-sighted, I will go up and down!
