My internship class is 36 classes in the third year of high school. This is a group of relatively special students, yearning for college, full of curiosity, facing the entrance exam, feeling small, always at the age of seventeen or eight, not deep, full of youth. Vitality. I remember that I just arrived at the classroom on August 16th. After the introduction of the instructor Liang Chao, they reported their welcome with warm applause. At the beginning of the internship, my main task was to listen to the class, listen to the lectures of Mr. Liang Chao, and then review the teaching methods of my teacher. After listening to the class for a week, I began to walk on the podium. I got to know my own deficiencies, and I was targeted when I was in class. For high school students who already have a certain degree of self-learning ability and can think independently, my experience is to fully mobilize their subjective initiative and put them The interest in learning is used to make them learn in happiness. I use heuristic teaching with students as the mainstay and teachers as the supplement. I outline the outlines, set the thinking questions, and dial them. As a result, their enthusiasm and initiative in learning began to play a role, from the "I want to learn" teaching method to the "I want to learn" learning style. Let this group of high school students who are under pressure from the joint exams learn and relax.
It is very important to correct the mistakes, correct the students' mistakes, and make up for the shortcomings. Especially for the correction of the composition, it is more serious and strict. After the correction, I will point out its strengths and weaknesses, write inspiring comments, and emphasize the importance of correcting shortcomings, and encourage and enlighten them according to the situation of each student. My guiding ideology is not to constantly give students the opportunity to correct mistakes and improve their shortcomings. As an educator, we must use enough patience and perseverance to care for every student.
During the entire internship, I felt that the work of the class leader was the most memorable. Students in the third year of high school already have their own ideas and logic, and have their own way of thinking and solutions to problems. They don't like the teacher taking them away, nor do they like the teacher to teach them how to do it. Because of my age and their small gap, they are very willing to discuss issues with me. As a language teacher, the basic knowledge should be solid, the knowledge should be broad, and you should always be a thoughtful person, pay more attention to life, pay attention to the things around you, and infiltrate their flexible use into teaching. As a class leader, patience and perseverance, understanding and respect are very important factors in dealing with students' work.
