In May, we took our dreams and boarded the train to Zhuji, Zhejiang, and started the first journey of life. It was inevitable that I was very excited to take the train for the first time. The company's leaders introduced us to many things in the spring factory. When we first came here, we learned to adapt to the environment. The sky here is very blue, it lights up every day at four o'clock, and the sun is even more uncomfortable with the release of its unique light. Datang is China's socks, basically every family has its own workshop, our dormitory downstairs There are several machines. The machine for hosiery keeps screaming, and it is never intermittent for twenty-four hours. We used to use hot water and we have never used it there. The shampoo is cold water, and it is the same in rainy days. These are the living environments that we have never thought of, but they have slowly adapted.

At the beginning, I was assigned to the grinding spring workshop. I don't know what the workshop is doing. According to the literal meaning, it should be the grinding spring! When I enter the workshop, my heart is cold, the working environment is so bad, the machine sends out The sound is so harsh. After a while, the director took us to lead headphones, masks, glasses, gloves, which can be said to be fully armed. There is no way because the dust in this workshop is loud and noisy. Even if you wear a mask every day and go home from work, the nose is black, and the gloves will basically wear a pair. The main job of this workshop is to smooth the ends of the spring so that the polished spring meets the length requirements and the number of turns. Generally, each spring needs 5-6 times of grinding. Each operator must design the grinding height and make a record. After the fifth or sixth grinding, the drawing requirements must be met. The morning director arranged me to a master and asked the master to take me. I watched the master keep putting the spring on the rotating grinding disc, and the movement was very skilled. The spring turns in and goes through the grinding wheel and then turns it out. From time to time, the master also took the vernier caliper to measure the size to see if it meets the requirements. I learned the way of the master and put the spring on the rotating grinding disc, so that morning passed. In the afternoon, the master asked me if I would use a vernier caliper? I said yes, then he told me to go to the spring. Because I learned the vernier caliper in school, I measured the spring to be handy. The master was very good to me, told me a lot of principled things, and also gave me a machine. Later, because the leaders care about our health, we transferred us to other workshops, so I left the reed spring. Although I have learned a few things in just a few days, such as the skilled use of the vernier caliper, the understanding of the performance of the spring machine.

I was transferred to the color workshop. The working environment of the color workshop is much better than the spring. The workers are sitting and working. The employees in the workshop are the most in the whole factory, and the contents of the work are also very complicated. Basically, the daily work is different. There are mainly repair springs, spring adjustments, spring corners, lacquer ````, and many more. Repairing the spring is to repair the springs with little error. Adjusting the spring is to adjust its height and length to meet the drawing requirements. I also did a lot of work in the workshop. On the first day, I gave the spring a corner. The director assured the mold and made a few demonstrations to ask me to go to the bend. Because it is simpler, I will look at it. After a while, the director took the spring process card and asked me to sign in the column at 10 degrees. I realized that to make a qualified spring, I have to go through many processes, such as: corner, temper, hit Burrs, renovations, etc. I did the first process because it was unfamiliar and it was slower to dry. The person who does the second process is a skilled worker in the workshop, always urging me to do it quickly. I am more and more skilled in his urging sound, from 3,500 on the first day to 3,500 on the last day. The second task in the workshop is to repair the serpentine spring. It is necessary to flatten the front and back sides of the spring, and to see if its length meets the requirements. Sometimes the length of the spring is very different. If it is long, it should be shortened. If it is short, it should be elongated. It was a bit hard to fix, but with the help of the masters, I still learned. The repaired springs are also provided with plastic tubes at both ends and then sent to the tempering furnace. Because of the large number of springs, it took several days to complete.

What impressed me the most is that 40,000 large rings are immersed in nitric acid. Because the weather is too hot, the large rings are rusted. I use nitric acid to remove rust. This is a chore, and although I don't want to do it, I still do it hard. Because I remembered the words that the director often said to our interns: "The factory here is not at school, you can do it at school, but you have to obey at the factory." We use hydraulic trucks to carry heavy nitric acid Pull it out, soak the large ring on the shelf in nitric acid for a few seconds, then take it out and put it on another empty shelf. Just walk back and forth, repeating back and forth. We work in a large workshop outside, there is no fan, and the air is not circulating. Work clothes from the beginning of work to the end of work are wet, sweat continues to flow down, let me feel the feeling of sweating, really can not stand. The director said to us: "This life is very tired and very hot. If it is in the winter, many people will rush to do it, but no one is willing to do it in the summer, only you are an intern." After listening to the director's words, I was very happy. Unbalanced, but think about it, it will be a few days after suffering, can not let the workers look down on us interns, saying that we can not suffer. Be sure to stick to it! After a few days we completed the task and received the praise of the director. Then I picked springs, painted paint, and bent feet in the workshop. Time passed by, and the internship was over. The students finished the internship.

During the internship, I abide by the factory rules and regulations, complete the tasks assigned by the director on time, and get the approval of the director and the leaders.
