1. CNC lathe

Our first type of work is the operation of a CNC lathe. It is through programming to control the lathe for processing. Through the operation and programming of the CNC lathe, I deeply felt the convenience, accuracy and speed of the digital control. As long as the correct program is input, the lathe will perform the corresponding operation. The number of car programming requirements is very high, and a wrong symbol can cause several cars to run. Programming is not very difficult for me, and I will come up with a workable solution in a short time.

Later, I learned the CNC EDM, which also needs to be programmed. However, it is automatically programmed by the computer. As long as you input the part graphics that need to be processed, you can choose the path of the tool and put the raw materials. That machine is so convenient, although there is no real operational opportunity, but we have seen some of the cut objects placed next to it, we have been amazed. 2. fitter

In the internship internship, we know that the main contents of the fitter are scraping, drilling, tapping, sawing, boring, assembling, scribing; understanding the construction, classification, selection, boring posture, boring of the boring tool Method and quality testing. First of all, it is necessary to hold the boring tool correctly. Keeping the straight motion of the boring tool when cutting the plane is the key to boring. The boring force has two kinds of level thrust and vertical pressure. When the file advances, the front hand pressure gradually decreases, and the hand pressure is large and then small. When the file is pushed to the middle position, the pressure of the two hands is the same. When the file is continuously pushed, the pressure of the front hand gradually decreases and the pressure increases. No pressure is applied when the file is returned. This way we are more difficult to cut.

Then there are scraping, grinding, drilling, reaming, tapping, and so on. Although not very standard, it is the result of our sweat, the result of our struggle for two days.

The internship of the fitter is very boring. It may be a morning to repeat an action, but also to have the strength, but also to do it, that is, holding the sickle on the workpiece back and forth, At noon, the whole person's hands were sore and sore, and the legs also stood a little stiff. However, when they were tired, they could see the teacher guiding them and personally demonstrate that he was also full of sweat and panting. I see that this gives me motivation every time. 3. Cast molding

The next type of work is casting, and the classmates who finished listening said that this is a difficult job! To make those sands and muds that have no shape become what we want is to make us move our brains. It needs not only our physical strength, but also our patience, not to be sloppy!

Casting molding, it can be said that it is completely aftertaste of playing sand. But this time, besides that impulsive heart, what is more needed is to be careful and patient. 4. Unforgettable turners

The lathe is not done by numerical control, it requires a high degree of manual operation.

First of all, the teacher told us to read the book while watching the lathes familiar with the various components of the lathe. The lathe is mainly made up of gearbox, headstock, hanging wheel box, feed box, slide box, knife holder, tailstock, bed, screw, light. The bar and the joystick are composed. I was distressed that the product that was supposed to be successful was destroyed by myself. Miserable! The most uncomfortable thing was that I stood up all day and my calves hurt. But the joy of success when I handed the good parts of the car to the teacher made me forget the calf that stood so painful. The joy of this success is only through personal experience. As a college student, we have experienced more than ten years of theoretical study. We have been told more than once that there is a gap between theoretical knowledge and practice.
