College students' social practice experience


In fact, the practice of just half a month is not that every pass will become a memory, but it does grow up in practice. More is the emotion:

First, harmony is the guarantee of enterprise development

The ancients said: "All people collect firewood and high flames." In this fiercely competitive society, the development of enterprises should first be: "harmonious development." Harmony is inseparable from development. If the enterprise develops, it will be able to meet the growing material and cultural needs of its employees and enhance the level of corporate civilization. Only have the ability to fulfill social responsibilities and drive one economy. Development is inseparable from harmony, and development must have a clear direction, a consistent pace and a unified mind. And harmony is the guide to lead the direction of development and overcome contradictions. Therefore, it is important to promote development with a harmonious atmosphere. Harmony within and outside the enterprise is indispensable. The internal harmony of the enterprise can be united, overcome the difficulties of the external environment, and finally achieve internal and external unity and achieve the development goals of the enterprise. Otherwise, the external environment is no better, and the enterprise cannot develop rapidly. The companies I practice, whether they are CEOs or employees, are approachable and harmonious. Everyone has a clear division of labor and each has his own duties. If there are difficulties, everyone will discuss it together. If you have difficulties, everyone will help each other. If you have any problems, everyone will discuss them together. If one designer once designed a project, please lead the audience. After the leader saw it, other designers would come over to study and discuss. I feel that the spirit of solidarity, mutual assistance, and hardship is very worthy of my study. It is precisely because of the harmonious working atmosphere of the company that the company is flourishing, and the talents who come to apply for it are constantly coming.

Second, talent is the cornerstone of enterprise development

Talents are like seeds or saplings. Seeds are cultivated by the enterprises themselves. The seedlings are purchased from outside. Whether the seeds or saplings can grow roots on the soil, the key factor is the soil, and the soil is the enterprise. The enterprises I practice are small and the number is small. But the designers are all elites, they all have a skill, business proficiency, skilled operation, design projects are all handy. For the work assigned by the leaders, everyone is firmly obeying and never bargaining. And there is a strong sense of professionalism, careful design and careful improvement of the design projects. Although the boss is not highly educated, but the business ability is very strong, the company's development momentum is very good, everyone is very admired. This shows how important social practice is for college students. If the education level is higher, the level of comprehension, the ability to use, and the experience of practice are not enough, the role still cannot be played. Therefore, as a company, the choice of talents, the cultivation of talents, and the reserve of talents are of paramount importance. As a college student who is about to go to the society, it is a compulsory course to actively participate in social practice and apply what he has learned to social practice.

Third, learning is the driving force for innovation

Learning is an inexhaustible motive force to promote the innovation and development of enterprises in an all-round way. Being diligent and eager to learn is a responsibility and a call for development practice. The development opportunities facing the new stage of the new century are unprecedented, and the challenges are unprecedented. Therefore, only diligent and eager to learn can truly advance with the times. Diligent study and serious thinking are the source of innovation and the fundamental guarantee for advancing with the times. Innovation is the core of development. Innovation is the guiding ideology of our work. Innovation is the most advanced value-added resource for human beings. Innovation is a fundamental way for enterprise development. In the current era of globalized economy and knowledge competition, innovation has become an important theme of work. Only by establishing a new concept of lifelong learning can we gain the source of power for enterprise development and innovation.

1. As a company, we must first strengthen the training of talents, and train different types of talents in different categories so that they can constantly update their knowledge, broaden their thinking and enhance their abilities.

2. The design of the project should learn from each other and discuss together. Make the project design more perfect, more characteristic of the times, more acceptable to the general public

3. Be good at thinking, diligently explore, and innovate. Innovation includes concept innovation, method innovation, and carrier innovation. Idea innovation: use new ideas to deal with project design. Method innovation: Design projects with flexible, simple, and time-saving methods. Carrier innovation: Design the exhibition hall with a new, unique and flexible carrier.

In short, this social practice has gained a lot for me. Through social practice, I have learned the knowledge that I can't learn in books. I know the preciousness of youth, understand the task of youth, and understand the profound meaning of youth and harmony. I am about to finish my studies and set foot on the society. I want to study harder, overcome the difficulties in learning, arrange time properly, constantly enrich myself, and lay a solid foundation for embarking on the society in the future. Finally, I wrote a summary of the school's practical system.

First of all, it is obvious that our school attaches great importance to practical work. For the time being, I don’t say any practical guiding ideology. The practical goal of the school for our students is very clear. The purpose of the whole summer social practice is to let us touch the society and go deep into the grassroots, so that we can enhance our sense of service and social responsibility in the process of working for the society. Through investigations and work internships, we apply our professional knowledge to the production and work of enterprises and institutions, thus enriching our practical experience and improving our professional practice ability. And we can hone our will and cultivate our hard-working spirit and dedication, so that we can gradually establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values.

The school considered it very well. For our students of different grades, the level of practice requirements are different. The requirements for our first grade are mainly investigations, and the second and third grades are required to participate in production labor and work corresponding to the profession. I think this is very good.

The school’s publicity and mobilization work is doing very well. Not only did we have a good start for us to practice, but we also corrected our attitude towards the students who will practice in the future, showing the importance. The school's propaganda and mobilization work allows us to further clarify the meaning of practical activities and enhance our enthusiasm for participating in the activities. Through the XX year summer social practice results display, the practice mobilization meeting and the practice main class meeting, the full implementation of summer time activities. Carefully do the recruitment and training of the responsible person, issue the management manual for the responsible person, and strengthen the guidance work for the regional practice team. Strengthen the contact with the local talent exchange center to facilitate the practice team contact work. It also improves work efficiency through network-assisted management.
