2019 Bank Internship Report Fan Wen


On March 30, 2019, I came to China Construction Bank xx Branch with excitement and gratitude and became a formal CCB employee. In a blink of an eye, I have come to the Zhangjiakou branch for more than two months. In order to better carry out the work in the future, I will report the work at this stage as follows:

First, the work of the branch

I reported to the China Construction Bank Zhangjiakou Branch on June 30, XX. According to the unified arrangement of the Human Resources Department of the branch, I organized the personnel files of the employees with my colleagues. After the work, I learned the CCB staff compliance manual, counter English and some basic business knowledge of the Bank. Through study, I have a preliminary understanding of the company's business.

Second, the work of the outlets

At the end of July, I was officially sent to the Yuxian branch to work on Olympic English services. In the first two weeks of working at the Yuxian outlet, my main job was to assist the lobby manager in the work. The Yuxian branch will open a morning meeting every morning. The main purpose is to summarize the previous day's work performance and specify the day's work tasks and goals. The morning meeting director will praise the outstanding employees of the previous day and encourage everyone to make persistent efforts. Through the morning meeting, everyone will be devoted to daily work with full enthusiasm.

As the lobby manager, the most work every day is the "welcome, minute, move, send" to the customer. The customer smiles and welcomes when he comes in; when there are many people, he is responsible for effectively guiding the customers of different windows; assisting the account manager and business consultants to do the introduction and recommendation of the wealth management products; the customer finishes the business courtesy. At the beginning, it was unclear which documents the customer needed to fill in for different businesses, and the rules of the wealth management products did not understand. So I did not understand and asked, humbly ask the staff of the low cabinet area and the lobby manager. I am familiar with various businesses and have a deep understanding of "welcome, divide, move, send", and work is also very handy.

In late August, I entered the operation of the operator in the high cabinet area to fully understand the specific operation of the front dcc system. The seniors also enthusiastically gave help and guidance, especially the master Ren Jun taught me to practice the counting method. In addition, Ms. Guo Cuilan also lend me a dcc operation book, and the teller should know the manual to let me further study the theoretical knowledge, so that I have a comprehensive understanding and improvement of the basic business of the bank counter.

Third, experience

As a lobby manager assistant, I was familiar with CCB's personal business process; I know how to recommend wealth management products to customers, such as Bohai Fuli No. 2, Sunshine Property Insurance, Anbang, etc.; in the process of communicating with customers, I found high-end customers... ... More importantly, at work, I deeply understand the dedication of building customer service.

During the visit to the high cabinet area, I fully realized that the front desk staff should be particularly cautious and careful, because the diversity of business, the risk, the complexity of the process, and the slight negligence of the employees may cause great trouble to the customers. In this process, I also experienced the team spirit, professionalism, innovation and dedication of the employees.

During my internship at the Yuxian branch, I also took full advantage of my computer professionalism and repeatedly handled computer problems such as printers and video playback for the outlet office to help organize the electronic files and make the business room work smoothly.

Finally, I am very grateful to CCB for giving me this opportunity. This Olympic English service work will be a rare and precious experience. However, as a new employee, I still have a lot to learn. I will continue to learn from my leaders and colleagues with humility, actively carry out business practices, and make effective links for specific banking work in the future, making more for CCB.
