College student internship report summary

From late July to late August, I conducted a one-month internship in Phoenix Island, Sanya. During my internship, I first came into contact with the operating system of a mature modern real estate company and learned a lot.

Before that, I can say that there is basically no social experience. Although the school used to promote similar social practice activities in the summer, it is always in the form. Students always deal with errands, perfunctory things, or simply falsify. Before this practice, I only played as a college student. There are two kinds of social roles: students and consumers, that is, what they know is limited to learning the knowledge of the school, and spending money to buy a series of consumption from necessities to luxury goods, never tried to create value for society. The participants participate in the activities of the society. I have never considered the ability to get out of the ivory tower to the society. What kind of ability we need to adapt to this society during college, let me start from myself:

As a college student, my previous life was basically smooth sailing. Haven't encountered any big setbacks. The middle school and high school are all smooth, although the university is not very ideal, after all, it is still self-tested, and did not let the family spend too much thought. The long-term intense high school life made me get used to the teacher's pointer and rushed away. When I arrived at the university, I was very uncomfortable with the relaxed learning environment. I can even say that I didn't find a good way to learn to adapt to the university life until I went to the internship. In other words, I didn't know how the university should be. My own good and bad character has kept me following two habits in the past two years of life: First, I must be very good to myself during college, because in college, you work hard for one year and play with others for a year. In the end, the exam was copied and the scores were similar. There is no need to force yourself; the other is that one thing must be done until the day, the land and the people, and all the conditions are in place to do it. I think this can achieve twice the result with half the effort. It turns out that there are almost no time and opportunities for such conditions. These two negative outlooks on life, coupled with the character of good and bad, have determined that I have spent the whole year in the first year of my freshman year. Although the second year of the sophomore has some sensation to awaken my consciousness, I feel that I can’t continue this way, so I don’t want to fight. Online game. But still year after year, I feel that I have not done anything, white for a year. This time I went to Phoenix Island for an internship, and I was deeply touched by three people. The first is Su Qizhi, the second is Gao Han, and the third is Gong Yuyu. What happened to these three people made me see the crisis of the future and forced me to think about myself.

The first is the departure of Su Qizhi. Su Qizhi can be said to be a very hard-working young man and very courageous. It is indeed in the leadership of helping the leadership to decorate the house. But like him, he has no background, no ability, and no economic strength. Although it is not just graduated from college, it is still destined to be eliminated. Although he also made some efforts, the above hard conditions determine that he must go. The most critical factor is the lack of capacity. And I am still far from him in some aspects. Suppose I have come to Phoenix Island after my normal four-year college job, I will be dismissed faster than him.

Gao Han is a freshly graduated college student. When she first came, she was relatively low-key and could not see how she differed from others. But the lecture in the conference room made me realize that I was an intern with her, and how big the gap is. Low-key people, high-profile work, this sentence is perfectly reflected in her body, she is a very methodical person to do things, very serious, and can tell their own methods in a very organized way. When I go to work, my attitude is very correct. I never go to work during the period of work or do other things that are not related to work. It is almost a perfect staff. It is because her staff has done a great job, and she can almost certainly not hesitate to determine that if she is led, she will be able to do very well. This kind of work is very methodical, and people have a very good attitude towards life. I must learn at school. If Su Qizhi let me see the crisis, then the cold makes me see the gap. The way she does things is to put things in my heart and think about it all the time. Her thinking is very organized, she gets the same work she has never done before, finds the way to do this in a very short time, has a well-organized and focused implementation, and finally can finish herself while doing good things. The theoretical method of doing things, fluently speaking, is a very remarkable ability. I must work hard to achieve this goal in the next two years. She made me realize that just completing the task is not enough and must be done well.

According to common sense, my report seems to be completed. Su Qizhi made me feel the crisis. This is the source of my excitement; I found the gap in the cold, and I have the goal and direction of struggle. The next thing seems to be: aiming at the goal and working hard to achieve it. However, there is still one thing that has given me a deep touch. That is what happened to Gong Yuyu in my last week in Sanya. Gong Yuyu was also recruited when she graduated. It is said that during the interview, Li always said that she had pressed her words and pressed it six or seven times, and she could not do anything that she said. This will change me to give up the job, and I will quit. However, she was recruited and successfully became a member of the Phoenix Island marketing team. Her ability is not much stronger than Su Qizhi. Plus, just graduated, novice, and doing things are not doing very well. There is a certain gap in ability compared with other people. The position in the company is not high. More or less will do more chores. I didn’t hear what she complained about, and I’m still doing my best. Mr. Cai is often dissatisfied with her work at the meeting and criticizes. This time, because of the problem of excessive staffing, she was dismissed. When Li always talked to her and expressed her disappointment, she changed her other little girl of similar age, and she would definitely lie in the office with a red-eyed circle, but she found Cai Zong on the same day and expressed her I hope to stay in the company's will, and successfully won the opportunity to stay in the company. From Gong Yuyu's body, I can see how a person can have a great advantage in adversity if he has a good psychological element. The same thing, people with good psychology can win more opportunities, and they can recover faster than the average person after being hit. Going back to calmness early, you may find a way to solve the problem. Sometimes, going and staying is just a few hours away.

President Cai once said that Henan people can say very well. I wrote this thing and found that this is true. Even if I can't say so, I can write out one or two. This internship changed me a lot and made a radical change in my attitude towards life. The positive working environment has created a positive attitude towards life, but after returning to Zhengzhou, after returning to Henan University of Technology, there is no such intense life as a company. How can I maintain such a positive attitude towards life? I thought for a long time and decided to force myself to maintain such a state by asking questions. I am currently asking myself three questions:

1. Are you slack?

2. Are you doing your job well?

3. Can you still do better?

Mr. Cai told me the story of his small newspaper when he was a child. It was not for me to send newspapers, but to let me know that he sometimes forced himself to move forward with courage, determination and perseverance. I may not have this courage, but I have to do this. There is no way out, and there is a dead end behind me. To survive, it is not enough to do well, and it must be done well.
