Visit Mengniu Dairy Co., Ltd. Focus on the sewage treatment plant, production workshop, three-dimensional warehouse, staff home, office area, cargo return area.

Visit Huida Ceramics Co., Ltd. We visited a series of products of Huida Ceramics Co., Ltd. in the Huida exhibition hall, and then we went to the second floor conference hall to communicate with Huida's current situation and future employment with Huida manager.

Do research on Baolongcang Supermarket and Huasheng Supermarket. Compare the supermarket strategy, management system, service concept, promotion method, supermarket culture, understand the similarities and differences between the two, and deepen the understanding of these two supermarkets.

Six, internship experience and harvest:

Through the study of marketing seminars, I have deepened my understanding of marketing management knowledge. The most important thing in marketing is persistence and hard work. We don't want to do anything when we do anything. As far as a market-marketing student is concerned, the first thing we have to do is how to be a person and then do things. The four sentences left by Manager Li Xiao'an have impressed me the most. 1 Everyone should set a long-term goal, then set a few recent goals, find opportunities and seize opportunities in the ever-changing market. The purpose of our work is not to make money, but to cultivate interest in work. 2 Entrepreneurship should not pursue perfect conditions. We have just stepped into the society. Apart from youth, we don't have any capital. So don't do anything low, but be diligent, sincere, and have a good time in picking up things. 3 Don't have luck. At the beginning, our experience is really rare, so we should strive for perfection in everything we do. 4 Without excessive hope, there is no trouble; without short-term greed, there is no fear. After the end of the visit to Mengniu Dairy Co., Ltd., I feel a lot of feelings. It is a company with strong vitality. First of all, I have always appreciated Mengniu, not only has it become the dairy industry boss in just a few years, but its corporate culture has made me convinced. Corporate culture is the soul of a company. Niu Gensheng, the president of Mengniu, always adheres to the core concept of “small wins by wisdom, great victory by virtue”, and pays attention to the cultivation of virtues in employing people. There is a story of lions and antelopes inside Mengniu, which aims to point out that the biggest enemy is himself. Many times we don't fall on our own defects, but fall on our own advantages. Secondly, innovation is the source of enterprise development and the driving force for the inexhaustible development of enterprises. After entering Mengniu, what impressed me the most was the three-dimensional warehouse, all controlled by computer. In the big city workshop, only a few workers were operating the machine. Through innovation, it effectively promotes the integration of resources, thereby improving the economic efficiency of enterprises. It must be said that technology and production are continuously combined and create more economic benefits for enterprises. Finally, efficient management increases the transparency of the business. Every office in Mengniu's office area is transparent and it feels really good. Whether in the office lobby or in the cargo loading area, we can see the phrase "successful from simple repetition". I am in favor of this sentence. As long as I persist, I believe it will succeed.

By visiting Huida Ceramics Co., Ltd., I learned about the development of a private enterprise. As a private enterprise, Huida has become one of the top 50 companies in the “most globally competitive Chinese company building materials industry” in just 25 years. This is undoubtedly a feat. We can learn a lot from it. 1 Huida takes the mission of “Strive to create a world brand and build a century of Huida” and work hard for it to make Huicheng a model of national brand. 2 Constantly adjust the industrial structure, focus on quality, expand the market, and create famous brands. Huida people are very confident about their products, which can be seen from the manager's words. Being good at quality and specializing in life, this is the highest requirement for Huida people for their products. 3 When the wind and the waves break, there will be time when the clouds sail to the sea. In the face of opportunities and challenges, Huida is eager to make first-class, tenacious and aggressive, and widely promote the Huida brand. In the Olympic year, Huida has specially produced several sanitary ceramics, which cannot but say that its market acumen is high. 4 Huida does not pay attention to the level of education in recruiting staff, only care about ability. Although we still have two years to graduate, we have also solved many of the problems in our hearts and enhanced our understanding of Huida.

Through the investigation of Baolongcang Supermarket and Huasheng Supermarket, we can find that there are many differences in the supermarket culture, management system, promotion methods and service concepts between the two supermarkets, but there are also some similarities.

The difference: Baolong warehouse supermarket in the company's philosophy: Liguo, Limin, Li himself, customers are always right. In terms of service: ultra-low price, one-time purchase, fresh goods, self-service purchase; in the service concept: wholeheartedly committed to your satisfaction. On the management system: continue to move towards the goal of intensification, grouping, and internationalization standards, and establish a scientific sales system and business strategy. In terms of promotion methods: As Baolong warehouse is located in a superior geographical position, the income level is relatively high, so the price will be more expensive than Huasheng, there will be more people in the holiday, and there are more activities in the supermarket. In Huasheng, I can't see such a lively scene. Secondly, the membership card will be implemented and discounts will be given during the event.

Huasheng Supermarket has always adhered to the principle of “Low price, quality service, first-class performance, and return to customers”; in the management system: attach importance to the advanced nature of management technology and business processes, and improve competitiveness for enterprises. Huasheng has formed its own unique business process and business model of “input, sales, adjustment, storage and change” from the perspective of business operations and market needs. In the promotion method: every day specials, I often hear people say "In all supermarkets in Tangshan, Huasheng supermarket is the cheapest thing", which is undoubtedly a good place for citizens to shop every day. Therefore, Huasheng has a high status in the minds of Tangshan citizens.

The same point: the two use large-scale promotional activities such as opening, anniversary celebrations, holidays, etc., and a large number of posters are printed for each event. This investigation just happened to catch up with the Baolongcang store for four years, which is really lively. During the promotion period, a promotional area will be added, and different promotional items will be placed according to the schedule. The reason why the two supermarkets do this is to improve their reputation and strive to realize their brand value.

7. Internship summary: Through a one-week internship, my knowledge has grown a lot. I was very excited to go to the factory for the first time and saw the process from production to completion. I also learned the difference between Mengniu and Huida. In the corporate culture, Mengniu always reminds his employees to be self-sufficient. In contrast, Huida is more restrained. Although the internship is over, it leaves me with a lot of feelings: 1 No matter what kind of industry you will be engaged in in the future, you should integrate yourself into the collective and recognize the cultural values ​​of the company. 2 Strengthen the cultivation of their theoretical knowledge, establish a sense of innovation, improve the marketing theory system, and lay a good foundation for future work. 3 Be a man first, then do things.
