High school class work plan

I. Basic Situation and Objectives There are 57 students in our class, including 32 boys and 25 girls. These students are all thoughtful and enterprising, and they can score when they come in. The basic goal of my class this semester is to build a team of enterprising and capable cadres. All students can establish clear learning goals and form a good learning atmosphere; cultivate students' good behavior norms and promote integrity. Gradually form a discipline that is disciplined, enterprising, and diligent.

Second, specific measures
1. Class routine, eliminate the phenomenon of late arrival and absenteeism, grasp the discipline of self-study, and improve efficiency.
2. Improve the quality of board reports, create a good learning atmosphere, and build a good class culture.
3. Organize class activities to cultivate students' collective ideas and enhance class cohesion.
4. Use class publications to educate students and give play to students' subjective initiative.
5. Conduct regular learning activities to develop students' good learning attitudes and methods.
6. Organize students to actively participate in the activities of the school and strive to achieve good in all activities.
7. Carry out useful cultural and sports activities to promote the healthy development of students' physical and mental health.
8. Regularly communicate with students to understand the students' ideological dynamics and promptly solve problems for students.

Third, the class guides self-request
1. Love every student and treat each student equally.
2. Prepare each lesson carefully, earnestly improve each lesson, and strive to improve the quality of teaching.
3. Be a careful person, often communicate with students, understand their needs in all aspects, and actively help.
4. Communicate with the teachers in the class, fully understand the students, and be the contact person between the students, parents and other teachers. \
