High school class work plan


This semester I took over the class management work of the new high school class . The class is a newly formed physical class with a total of 52 students, 6 girls and 46 boys. There are 6 students from the first grade experimental class.
From the performance of the military training in the whole class in August and the observation of the academic situation at the beginning of the school year, most of the students have strong discipline and a serious learning attitude. They are self-motivated, energetic and energetic. They are a group with great plasticity. .
The current special circumstances are: the ratio of male to female students is very large; the results of the reorganization of the new classes are very different from beginning to end; there is a lack of leaders in student self-management.
In order to let the students develop good study habits and ideological and behavioral habits in the second year of high school, learn self-management, establish clear goals for life, and strive to develop themselves higher and faster, laying the foundation for the third year of high school sprint, I draft the class moral education work plan as follows:
First, use the complete rules of thought and behavior to restrict students, and strive to promote students to form a normative consciousness as soon as possible, and gradually achieve a perfect student self-management.
Second, carry out multi-style class student activities, establish a good learning style that is aggressive and daring to fight hard, and urge all students to make early determination, early efforts and early success.

Fourth, discover, establish and cultivate the special students of this class, and strive to promote the individualized development of students.
