First, the situation analysis
There are 31 children in the first class, including 18 boys and 13 girls. Among the children in the class, there are 14 children with only one child, accounting for 48% of the class. The rest are children with many children. Therefore, under the influence of the family environment of many children and one-child children, the development gap in cognitive level, social and physical aspects is large. With the help of brothers and sisters, children with many children show their yearning for the small country's life, and they like to write, draw, and read books. The interest in learning is strong. Individual single-children show less interest in learning, and have poorer affinity with other children, and occasionally there is a quarrel and disharmony. Therefore, in this semester's work, we plan to work from the following aspects:

Physical development
1. Organize sports collective activities to improve children's ability to adapt to various weather changes and develop a habit of active exercise. The postures of walking, running, and jumping are correct, the stride is even, and the spirit can be flexibly, coordinated, and quickly jumped, drilled, and climbed.
2. Develop good eating habits, know simple nutrition knowledge, and develop good habits of cleaning and hygiene.
Cognitive development
1. Know common safety signs, know some simple self-help methods when you are in danger, and know simple body protection methods. Understand simple epidemic prevention knowledge and know how to enhance physical fitness through health and exercise. I can do some things that I can do, and I will pack my bags and items.
2. Proactively observe the surrounding things, love to think, love questions, classify from different angles, compare the nuances of things with the same, form the concept of numbers, preliminarily form the concept of "conservation", discover the changes of graphics, recognize geometric figures, understand The relationship between face and body.
Social development
1. Meet and love Chinese traditional culture and programs, and learn about China's minority and diverse world. I love the environment in which I grow up, know that I am Chinese, and I am proud of China's success. 4. Actively participate in activities such as children's painting, autumn tours, sports games, etc., to open up the wisdom created by young children, and strengthen the education of children's collective concepts and participation consciousness. Let each child get exercise and develop their self-confidence.
Fourth, parents work
1. Conduct home visits to new students to understand children's living habits and personality. Combine the wishes of parents with children, carry out various activities, community activities, and promote the connection between the community and kindergartens. Let parents know about the educational theme of kindergartens in a timely manner, and encourage parents to learn and discuss together with their children.
2. Establish a multi-layered bridge to connect with parents and communicate well with kindergartens and parents. Through the home publicity column, home communication card, and parents to do a good job of propaganda and learning, so that parents can understand some educational ideas and ideas that are consistent with the times.
