Summary of the work of township justice offices in the first half of 2019
In the first half of XX, under the strong leadership of the town party committee and government of the judicial department and the meticulous guidance of the Municipal Judicial Bureau, we closely carried out the work objectives set at the beginning of the year, actively carried out work, and continued to forge ahead and better completed the various judicial offices. The village committee and relevant departments will promptly conduct mediation according to law, and report major contradictions and disputes that have been detected in time to the party committee and government in a timely manner. Since the beginning of this year, we have conducted a total of 6 contradictions and disputes, and identified 32 contradictions and disputes. All of them have been transferred. At present, 27 cases have been adjusted and 5 cases are being transferred. The establishment of the mediation agreement has been well implemented.
3. Establish and improve the education correction system for community prisoners and conduct community corrections. In the first half of this year, I received 4 community correction targets, and 2 community correction targets were dismissed. At present, there are 11 community correction objects in our institute, all of which have achieved full range of people. For each corrective object, we carefully formulate corrective plans according to their own characteristics, and carry out education reform in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of community correction.
4, based on their own duties, do a good job in the placement and help of the prisoners. The resettlement assistance work is of great importance to the social harmony and stability of the town of xx. At present, there are 33 people in the xx judicial office, all of which have established archives of help and education, and in each village, it is determined that there are special personnel responsible for tracking and helping, and implementing the responsibility system at all levels. While visiting regularly, visit them in time for major festivals and sensitive periods.
