<4>Electricity Recycling: Since the beginning of this year, we have made some efforts to solve the problem of the old debt recovery. Although we have made certain measures, we have set a target tracking measure, but there is still a gap from the higher level requirements. It is mainly due to the leadership's working methods and measures, and the failure to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, and will be re-planned in the second half of the year.
