Second, the main measures taken and the results achieved
1. Strengthen leadership, raise awareness, and conscientiously do a good job in the “xx” plan for tea industry development. Since the beginning of this year, we have intensified our efforts in the development of the tea industry. First, we plan early and early planning, and decompose the tasks into towns and villages, so that the tasks are clear and the work is implemented. Second, all the cadres and workers in the office have clear tasks, and they have achieved division of labor and cooperation, and they have fulfilled their tasks.
2. Actively strive for project funds and investment promotion to support the development of the tea industry. At the beginning of the year, we compiled a series of related projects such as “Reconstruction of Low-yield Tea Garden” and “Construction of Ecological Tea Garden”, and strived for provincial and municipal tea planting and low-yield tea garden reconstruction projects.
3. Increase publicity and promote the culture of Yinsheng Pu'er tea. First, the Yinsheng Tea Company was organized to participate in the 5th China Yunnan Pu'er Tea International Expo Fair to promote and promote the rich tea resources of our county. Second, continue to promote the industrial development of our county on the e-government information website.
4. Intensify scientific and technological training and strive to improve the quality of tea farmers. Tea farmers are the beneficiaries of the tea industry and the mainstay of the process of promoting tea industrialization. According to the low quality of tea culture in the county, the extensive management of tea gardens, and the irregular behavior of picking, the tea farmers are trained in tea technology, making it a new type of farmer with “culture, technology, good management and management”. One of the keys. To this end, we actively organized technical personnel to go to townships, tea farms, and tea bases for technical guidance training for tea farmers and tea processing plants.
