Third, our approach

The general service center, veterinary station and other departments send staff to the base to provide technical guidance and provide consulting services. 3. The organization's training is aimed at “three rural”. At present, the organization has a lot of training, but it is really too little training for farmers. It only pays attention to the improvement of cadres, and farmers are eager to have new technologies and new ideas but they cannot be realized.

1. Incorporate training work into the agenda and standardize training.
