This semester, the school trade union organized the fourth meeting of the second faculty congress. 1) In the past six months, the trade unions still insist on checking, quantifying and appraising the office discipline and office environment of the faculty and staff once a week. Through the development of this activity, not only the office environment of faculty and staff has been optimized and beautified, but also the concept of faculty, especially young faculty and staff, has been greatly improved. At the same time, it also promoted the development of civilized and harmonious campus activities.

2) The Joint School League Committee will carry out the activities of giving love to the society within the whole school. For a leukemia patient in our community, the majority of faculty and staff will actively donate and offer their own care.
four. The urgency of teaching staff is anxious, want to teach the staff to think, and build the union into a warm home of workers.

4) The Double Ninth Festival and the School Office organize retired faculty and staff to engage in activities, and visit Gaogong Island and Liandao. The old teachers have recovered their past happiness in the play, the old, the group, and the dinner.
5) Planning and organizing a collective birthday party for “female faculty of 50 and 55 years old, male faculty of fifty-five and sixty years old”.

Five, there are problems
1) The cultural and sports activities of the faculty and staff during this semester are not rich enough.
