During this semester, I was clearly close to the two teachers, only because the school gave us this special relationship. Listening to a lesson, the content recorded in the textbook is tangible, and many of the ideas generated in the communication are intangible, and this intangible thought may be the key factor affecting teacher change.
Second, it makes us realize that teaching is the life of our own work. Whether the enthusiasm of the work is high is all about the attitude of work. When there is no insatiable attitude towards the effectiveness of work, there is no reason for hard work. The activities of teachers and apprentices make us feel that work is a kind of happiness, a glory, let us work hard to pursue it. Jiang Lidan often asks me to listen to her class. Although these understandings are very emotional, it is my true feeling. Objectively looking at the actions of this semester, there are many deficiencies.
