However, when I have to come up with something to explain the busyness of these five months, I have a very empty feeling. The years are easy to lose and the cause is slim. Attendance. I am a relatively regular person. I have not asked for a vacation in one semester. Generally speaking, I come to the school every Sunday afternoon. I spend the school except Wednesday and Friday nights. Class on time, self-study. Although I am young, my memory is not good, and I often forget to sign it. I started to be angry with myself. Later, inspired by the last sentence of Liu Zongyuan’s "Little Stone Lake", I wanted to open it. I can do my best, but I want to be innocent.
Value week. I prefer to work for the value week. Because I am not in the same week, I am in school at the same time. I have something to do at school. It is better than doing nothing. In the value week, I can always follow the leadership division of labor and seriously complete my task. At this point, I think I am quite gregarious. Although I haven't dealt with any major issues during the value period, I have done a good job in this kind of work, and I can enjoy the ordinary and ordinary taste.
Contact the hostel. The dormitory I contacted was 1211. It is the male dormitory of my class and it is more convenient to manage. Every Friday afternoon, the third class, students will wait for me in the dormitory. I simply talked about the safety of the accommodation and chatted with the students. Usually, class is more serious. At this time, you can communicate freely with students, understand their emotions, and grasp their thoughts. Here, students will also forget that I am their class teacher and only regard me as their big friend. I feel that dormitory contact is a bright spot in our school's moral education. Only students who do not stay can not let all students enjoy the happiness of equal sharing with teachers.
Home visit. I am a person who prefers to communicate with parents. It is only now that most of the parents of students are working outside, and communication is inconvenient. As long as I have the opportunity, I like to go to the student's home to learn about the student's living environment. To be honest, the living environment of students is not optimistic. Some parents care about their children's learning, and they don't care. I have very little time with my children. When I go home, I am willing to play a few mahjong and I don’t want to talk to my children.
Poor conversion. I have more students in my class and it is more difficult to convert. I started by cultivating their interests and encouraged them to set up billiard squads, chess squads, regular training, competitions, and enhance the attraction of the school. Poor grades, not too much to learn, encourage them to learn how much. In this way, it is easier to do their ideological work. They are also vying to do things for the class. Most of my students have a bicycle squad emission squad, a garbage pick-up squad, a clean-up squad behind the classroom, and a work-study squad. In this way, these students are also earning dignity and happiness in doing things for the class. Zhang Wenjun also grew into a qualified squad leader.

In order to complete the task, I actively participated in the collective lesson preparation activities of the subject group, so that the teaching content is clear. In this way, I have the energy to observe the activities of the students during class. In this issue, our school's curriculum has improved into a key stage, and I have devoted myself to the curriculum reform. The language class is different from the science class, so it is difficult to change it. But I can't back down. In this issue, I did two open classes. When Director Ge Weichun came to our school to conduct research, I listened to two of my classes. In addition, if there are outside school teachers to visit, the school often introduces my class to them. Now I want to come, there are still many problems in the class. I think that stimulating students' interest in learning Chinese is the most important part of the curriculum reform and the direction of my future efforts.
Self-study counseling. There must be counseling materials for each self-study. Our tutoring materials are common to the subject group. However, we strive to make materials selection, so that students have unique training value for each question. Self-study counseling focuses on individual counseling. I am concerned with students who have difficulty learning or are smart. In the explanation of materials, I attach importance to the teaching of problem-solving methods.
Teaching and research. In this issue, I actively participated in teaching discussions. In the class after the public class, I always said my opinions without any reservations and communicated with my colleagues. The seminar on classroom teaching reform held by the school, I participated in the whole process, remembered half of the lecture notes, and wrote more than 3,000 words of experience.
Work performance. Completed the language teaching task. The students I coached won the third prize in the Taihe County Left-behind Student Letters Competition. The class students were awarded the first place in the “Welcome to the Olympics” Chinese Excellent Poetry Reading Competition. The school-based training task is completed by quality and quantity.
Striving Direction. Seriously explore classroom reforms and strive to make breakthroughs in curriculum reform. Do a good job of reflection, gain experience in constant reflection, improve the theoretical level, and be a reflective teacher .
