Time flies, and the eyes will pass in 2019. In the first half of 2019, I successfully completed the postgraduate study and ended my student days. I started my teaching career from July.

I am very fortunate to have such an opportunity to realize my dream of being a teacher. Under the care of the leaders of the college, with the help of other teachers and colleagues, and with the cooperation of my classmates, my teaching work in the past six months has been going smoothly. . The work is summarized as follows:

First, delve into the teaching content and enhance the ability.

I studied law at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, but now I am engaged in the teaching of national theories and policies. It seems that there is some connection between the two, but after I really went deep into this course, I found that the difference is still too big. As for the content of the teaching, I feel that it has been involved before, but it is so strange to look at the specific content. In this regard, I have not retreated. I believe in my self-learning ability and I am very grateful to the teachers in the teaching and research section for their professional help. In the past six months, I have been more difficult and careful than preparing a graduation thesis. I have read a lot of relevant literature, collected cases, and found useful pictures. In fact, most of the materials I have read cannot be directly used in teaching. However, it is very useful for me to expand my background knowledge and improve my theoretical literacy. I have very few classes, but I am busy every day because I am always learning and thinking. The first year I started my class, I asked myself to make the basics. After half a year of hard work, I feel that there is still some gain, especially when I see the students in the learning experience that the teacher is very careful, I feel that this is what I have done to lay the foundation for my teaching content.

Second, study teaching methods and clarify teaching ideas.

When I was preparing for the teacher qualification exam, I carefully read pedagogy and educational psychology. On this basis, comprehensive consideration of some aspects of teaching practice, continuous adjustment of teaching methods, and more and more clear the teaching ideas. The class I took in class was three two-year Xinjiang classes. In the teaching process, I first put a correct attitude and treated every student equally. I told myself that although their foundations are uneven, there is no student in the class who has a relatively good or worse grade. Are there any students who are relatively serious or not serious? My current goal is not enough. My biggest goal is to let the students who want to learn really learn. I value their mastery of knowledge. To this end, I also constantly expand my knowledge, which I have already mentioned in the above point. I also pay special attention to the production of courseware, because electronic courseware directly affects the attention of students in the classroom. I was fortunate enough to win the third prize in the electronic courseware competition held by the college. Of course, there are many things that need to be improved and learned from other teachers. In teaching ideas, I pay more attention to cultivating their self-learning ability and thinking habits. Through my preparations for the course of national theory and policy, I found that this course is not as boring as people usually think. The reason for this misunderstanding is that, to a large extent, we deprive students of the right to think for themselves. We tell them the conclusions, but never inspire them to think about why they come to this conclusion. Over time, they are accustomed to passive reception, and then feel that this course is very boring. I want to eliminate such misunderstandings and it takes a long time and a lot of effort. For this, I am ready to face the difficulties.

Third, for the teacher, guide students.

From the first day of coaching, I have asked my behavior to be more standardized. Because it is a teacher, every word and deed affects a group of people, that is, the future of the object of education, and I am responsible to them. In the teaching activities, I put the love of students in the first place. With this state of mind, teachers and students can be in a harmonious state. Devotion to students includes respect for trusting students, caring for and caring for students. As long as they are my students, I will treat them equally regardless of their grades. For the students who need help, I will do my best to help them with enthusiasm. Although I don't work as a class teacher, I also maintain communication and conversation with some students for a long time. I hope to help them understand themselves, see their value, and encourage them to move toward the dream of life. People's feelings are mutual, and teachers ' sincere students can feel it. It is not enough to have the knowledge to teach and educate people. The first sentence that my graduate tutor wants us to remember is “thickness and morality”. I want to keep this mood forever.

Fourth, there are deficiencies and need to be improved.

Through a semester of teaching work, I saw a lot of deficiencies. In terms of professional knowledge, I still need a lot of martial arts to make up the lessons. What I have learned before is only a small part. Now there are large blanks to fill. In terms of teaching methods, I still need to continue to study. What kind of teaching methods should be adopted for the two-year class teaching is the most effective stage that is still being explored, and is constantly being adjusted. From the perspective of thinking, my idea is to stimulate the students' enthusiasm and let them learn to learn and think while they are effectively attending classes. Of course, this idea has to be applied to practice and some situations have emerged. For example, some students report that they are not interested in this course because they need to learn directly useful knowledge, and this course does not provide them with such a course. Some things, some students come to class just because they are afraid of the teacher's name. A similar situation requires a positive and effective response.

Unconsciously, a busy year is about to pass. I also worked tirelessly in the difficult exploration. In terms of thought, there is also a new understanding; in life, there is also a new harvest. In the future work, I will earnestly sum up the experience, constantly improve myself, and rush forward and move forward.
