Our school has been vigorously carrying out the professional development of teachers for a whole year. During this year, I devoted all my enthusiasm and energy to it and gained a lot. I feel that the quiet cultivation makes us respect the exquisite life and the value of life openness. The ordinary effort increases our deep feelings of respect, pride and love for people.

The most effective path for teacher professional development is the cultural consciousness of teachers .

Mr. Fei Xiaotong proposed that “people living in a certain culture must have self-knowledge about their culture, understand its origin, formation process, characteristics and development trends. Self-knowledge is to strengthen the autonomy of cultural transformation. We have achieved an independent status in adapting to the new environment and cultural choices in the new era." Professional identity

“Professional identity” refers to the role identification of teachers , that is, the consciousness of individual teachers in their specific social status, special missions and responsibilities in the social structure. I believe that education creates humanity through cultural inheritance and fosters new people. The duty of educators lies in enlightening the minds of learners with the cultural wisdom and strength they perceive and feel. This responsibility is not so much "great" or "sacred", but rather "hard" and "excellent". In the hardships and sorrows, I overcome difficulties and overcome myself. I feel the happiness of being a teacher , the joy of self-development, the pride of self-realization, and the value of my life has been fully realized.

Professional conscious

The professional consciousness of teachers is to consciously regard professional activities as research objects and to rationally examine their professional level and professional practice activities. Middle school language education is the subject of the highest quality of life. In the past, people only paid attention to the "metaphysical" discussion, replaced the specific practice with empty theory, and did not want to do the "subsequent" student research curriculum research classroom study, which caused the language teaching to be in a difficult position. The criticism is the most in all disciplines. . As a language teacher , I deeply feel my own failure and dereliction of duty. I put my main energy on the improvement of the spiritual realm. Self-reflection

Reflection requires that you understand the object and understand yourself from your own perspective. In order to examine the effect of my class in this semester, I used the recording pen to record the whole process of the class, and listened to it after class, looking for shortcomings. I have found that although teaching has been for many years, it is often the case that it is not always appropriate. The care of the students, the grasp of the teaching content, and the understanding of themselves can be more appropriate.

Self-renewal

Consciously insist

Professional development is not a one-time undertaking. Teachers are required to have correct educational concepts and professional concepts.
