First, at the beginning of the new semester, we can let the old and new students settle their emotions. Third, in the teaching, we have targeted the characteristics of large class children, do a good job in teaching work, and launched the "Special Me" theme activity. In the "Special Me" course unit, we lead the children to compare themselves and what they used to have. Different, feel the feeling of growing up. At the same time, guide children to appreciate the special features of others, learn to get along with their peers... to achieve the combination of the subject and the environment, to play the participation of young children, to reflect the theme information, and to timely display the activities of young children.
Fourth, according to the age characteristics of young children, we have adapted the original circle exercise to increase the movement of the ground. Teachers and students practice together, and children are very interested. The effect is better. We also strengthen early-stage activities, organize young children's exercise, and enhance the physical fitness of young children.
5. In terms of parental work. We convened a parent conference and asked experts to give a lecture on the “course concept” to convey scientific parenting methods and techniques. Teachers also organize class meetings to let parents know about the semester's teaching plans and precautions. Parents actively cooperated with us to carry out thematic activities, carefully fill out various questionnaires, and issue the "Home Contact Manual" on time, which faithfully reflects the learning and living conditions of young children in the park.
Sixth, in the aspect of health care, do a good job in class health work planning and summary. Every day, Mr. Wang can seriously disinfect and clean the work, help teachers strengthen the health care of young children, manage a good nap, do a good job in preventing young children from getting sick, and often dry quilts and pillows to reduce the growth of bacteria.
