The summer vacation has arrived, and all our teachers have worked together and have gone through a difficult year. Half of our class is a large class of more than 40 students. First, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, improve the overall quality of teachers , and do a good job in teaching work.
Building a high-quality teaching team is the basic guarantee for comprehensively improving the quality of education. In view of the fact that the overall quality of our school teachers is not high and the level of education is low, we focus on strengthening the construction of teachers from the aspects of improving teachers ' ideological quality, cultural knowledge level, education and teaching ability, and business level:
1. Strengthen teachers ' political study and moral education, establish a role model for teachers , cultivate teachers ' "dedication" spirit, guide teachers to work hard and unite in teaching practice; advocate love profession, love school, love in the teacher team Students' good moral style, enhance teachers' ability to teach and educate people, be a teacher, and have a sense of mission and responsibility. Through weekly study, our school teachers have formed a noble and ethical style of quiet cultivation, dedication, unity and progress.

Teaching should be aimed at all students, promote students to lively and proactively develop, encourage and guide students' exploration spirit, and cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical skills. 3. Vigorously support the encouragement of in-service teachers to continue their education and improve the cultural quality of the teaching staff. There are seven teachers in our school who have participated in college correspondence studies. Some of them are older, have poorer memory, have a weaker English foundation, and have a lot of pressure when working with correspondence. Therefore, these teachers have the idea of retreating. We understand this situation and do a good job of the teachers ' ideological work in correspondence learning, so that they fully understand the importance of learning and improving the academic grades, encourage them to learn from each other, study each other, help each other, and strengthen their confidence in continuing to learn. In addition to the school subsidies issued by the higher authorities, they also provide computers, papers, etc. to help them learn and create favorable conditions for them to continue learning.
4. Conscientiously implement the spirit of the Provincial Education Department and the Municipal Education Commission's "Notice on Computer Training for Chinese Primary Teachers ", and do a good job in training and examinations for teachers to participate in computers. There are 12 teachers in our school and 11 students have participated in computer training and exams. In the training phase, in order to give teachers more opportunities to practice computer operations, we managed to get support from the teaching leaders and found two second-hand computers for teachers to practice. As a result, 11 teachers from our school participated in the computer test in March XX, and all of them passed the test. Three of the teachers received excellent results.

Teaching is the central work of the school. Teaching management is directly related to the success or failure of running a school, which directly affects the quality of teaching. Introduce a competitive mechanism, enhance the competition awareness of teachers and students, mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students to teach and learn, motivate teachers to do a good job in classroom teaching, actively do a good job in training and improving the quality of teaching.
In the past year, all the teachers of our school have done their due diligence and conscientiously completed the summary of teaching work. The purpose is to improve the quality of teaching in our school. In the quality inspection and sampling of the town in this semester, the total score of our school is better. However, in the sixth-grade graduating class test, the scores of language and mathematics were not satisfactory.
