Boiler: The large-scale newly installed four-corner-cut boiler has a relatively low temperature of reheat steam. I have conducted a large number of boiler soot ash optimization tests and combustion adjustment tests with our boiler experts, and will reheat steam. The temperature has been increased by about 8 °C, and the coal consumption of the integrated power supply of the unit is reduced by about 0.64g/kWh. According to the annual power generation capacity of the unit of 6.5 billion kilowatt hours, 4160 tons of standard coal can be saved every year, which can be saved according to the standard price of 400 yuan/ton. The cost is 1.64 million yuan. Electrical aspects: The dust removal equipment installed by our company is two double-row, four-chamber five-field electrostatic high-efficiency electrostatic precipitators. In normal operation, full-wave operation mode is adopted, but this operation mode has higher operating voltage and current, energy consumption. Larger, because our company's fly ash is a high specific resistance dust, long-term operation is prone to corona closure, so that dust removal efficiency is reduced. Since May 2019, I have learned through several experiments that the operation is carried out with a single half-wave gap power supply mode, and the safe operation of the unit can be guaranteed under the premise of ensuring that the dust removal efficiency does not change much. After two months of statistical analysis of the dust removal efficiency and energy saving of the #2 unit, after the company's leadership review and approval, I changed the operation mode of the electrostatic precipitator from the full-wave operation mode to the single-half-wave gap power supply mode. After more than half a year of running data statistical analysis, it can fully guarantee the safe and stable operation of the unit.

It is a large energy-consuming household, and it is the unshirkable responsibility of each of our electric power people to do energy conservation and consumption reduction work. Through running the analysis, I participated in a lot of energy saving and consumption reduction work of the company. The auxiliary circulating cooling water system of our company adopts the secondary circulation water supply system with mechanical ventilation cooling tower. The water supply mode is expanded unit system, two units are equipped with one cooling tower, and there are 3 auxiliary machine circulating water pumps, 2 sets of running 1 Standby. In addition to the machine side vacuum pump and the main engine lubricating oil cooling water directly supplied by the auxiliary machine circulating pump, the other open cooling waters are supplied to the user through the two open cooling water pumps with a capacity of 200 kW. According to the water consumption of each cooling water user and the cooling water pressure, Jinglong Power Generation keeps the open-type cooling water pump inlet and outlet electric door open during the trial operation of the unit, stops the operation of the open cooling water pump, and can also meet the cooling water demand, saving the plant hourly. Electricity is about 180kWh, calculated according to the tax-free electricity price of 0.2435 yuan / kwh, the unit operating hours of 7200 hours, the entire plant can increase net income of 631,000 yuan. Each unit of our company is equipped with 3 sets of electric water supply pumps of 50% capacity of FK4E39M type produced by Shanghai Electric Power Repair General Factory Co., Ltd., starting from the trial operation of the unit, when the unit load is greater than 300MW, the second feed pump will be started, and the other will be started. Standby, and in order to meet the requirements of the steam on the steam drum, to ensure the safety of the unit, the thermal logic is realized. When the unit load is greater than 350MW, if one feed pump trips and the standby feed pump is not linked, the RB protection is triggered and the unit is automatically reduced. The amount of fuel corresponding to the fuel to 300MW. From the operation of the unit, two feed pumps below 400 MW load were found to operate, and each feed pump had a large margin for current and flow. By carrying out the load capacity test of the feed water pump, it is concluded that each feed water pump can carry a long-term safe operation with a load of 420 MW when the steam drum water level is relatively stable and the back pressure is 15 kPa. In 2019, our company changed the heat control logic of the feed pump, and made the above adjustments to the operation mode of the feed pump. So far, our company's water supply system has been in a safe and stable operation state.
