1. Check whether the insulation of the lead wire is intact, whether the motor is overheated, check whether the wiring meets the requirements of the nameplate, and whether the winding and the first and last ends are correct;

2. Measure the insulation resistance and DC resistance to check whether the insulation is damaged. Whether there are open circuit, short circuit and grounding in the winding;

3. In the year, our continuous casting machine has repeatedly affected production accidents due to electric instruments. On the evening of October 13, the 8# machine was repaired. When the 11-segment external arc contactor was replaced, it was not carefully confirmed after the completion of the work, resulting in 220v. Strings such as 24v modules, the main module plc part of the module burned, although this accident is not caused by our class, but this accident is a typical example, reflecting that we still have great defects during the overhaul, the construction workers have no responsibility during maintenance There was no confirmation from the three parties.
