From January 15th to March 26th, 2019, the provincial company carried out the "23g interoperability theme optimization", I began to follow the engineers. During the study period, I carefully studied the “China Unicom 2/3g Interoperability Sub-Scenario Parameter Setting Guide” issued by the provincial company. This is the first time I participated in the specific 3G work, only to discover the wcdma theory and practical work of the previous study. It’s really hard to combine it. It seems to be understood before I learned it. But in actual work, I still don’t know. The only way is to learn while doing it. I want to read it back and forth, word by word. The guide of the page, trying to combine work experience with theoretical guidance, I summed up a set of learning methods, simply saying "for the guidance book, ask three questions in one sentence", due to serious work, actively ask questions, seriously study technology Positive thinking, I gradually understood the general content of "23g interoperability" little by little, and began to modify some wireless parameters under the guidance of engineers.
From March 1st to April 30th, 2019, I went to Xinxiang to follow the work of the ZTE 3G network optimization team. This is the longest time I have traveled since I joined the work. It lasts for 2 months, the study time is sufficient, and the time schedule is relatively free. There are no other interference factors, and I can give full play to a valuable opportunity for active learning. During the study period, I struggled every second, day and night, and I went to work at three or four in the night. I continued to study and study in the daytime. I went to the unit to study hard and ask questions. I went back to the hotel at night and learned the night. Learning mobile communication principles and wcdma principles and 3gpp technical specifications, research signaling, learning to master vba programming in word, excle documents, skilled production of various wcdma reports, wcdmarf antenna feed, dt road test, single station verification, learning to use ZTE Network management system, front-end back-end software, etc., and wrote a series of papers based on learning. During my studies in Xinxiang, I was seriously ill because of throat and bronchial inflammation. Later, my foot was severely sprained. Later, because of staying up late for a long time, my waist was deficient in potassium, and my mother was hospitalized in Zhumadian for severe inflammation of the lungs. Dangerous, the child has a slight hand, foot and mouth disease, I endure the pain and pressure of physical and mental, and insisted until the end of the study, I thought I must not live up to the cultivation of Unicom.
Beginning on May 4, 2019, in order to cooperate with the 3G number of counties in the World Telecommunications Day on May 17, the test of 3g in each county was started, mainly to evaluate and improve 23g interoperability. I have to work hard all my working hours. Thanks to my work experience in Xinxiang, I feel more confident in my work. I carefully test and analyze, constantly experiment with various wireless parameters, and work under basically independent conditions, and it is progressing rapidly. Under the coordination of Director Li, with the support of Baifan and the cooperation of Ericsson and Hegong, the 23g interoperability problem existing in the 2g Ericsson regional network of Zhumadian was solved, which greatly improved the interoperability of 23g and for the future. 23g interoperability processing has accumulated a certain amount of experience. I used the vba programming method I learned in Xinxiang to write a large number of ZTE 3G network optimization tools, which greatly facilitated daily work.
Starting from May 17, 2019, the "2019 Network Optimization Service Project" was launched. I followed the ZTE 3G group to study. The specific work is the handling of daily complaints. At the same time, under the guidance of engineers, I learned to use ZTE background software to analyze drive test data. In order to better and more professionally conduct deep mining of complaint handling and drive test data, I learned to master mapbasic programming in mapinfo, and use the database technology to decompose the original drive test data and judge the coverage. , pilot pollution, weak coverage, etc., and process the analysis results to display the geographic graphic display in mapinfo. Moreover, it can be searched on multiple maps according to latitude and longitude or place name, and the nearest 2g and 3g base stations are displayed. However, since the electronic map used in mapinfo is relatively old, I have written a series of programs based on Baidu map api and Google Maps javascript, calling the latest online map, but because Baidu map and Google map are restricted by Chinese law, gps The information was interfered with, resulting in deviations in gps information. I finally improved the processing method and closely integrated Baidu, Google Maps and mapinfo to achieve the best results.
In the actual test, I verified that the 23g interoperability performance of different mobile phones in the test is very different. In each test, I prepared the electronic route map that has been marked in advance, clearly marked the digital code of the specific driving route on the road map, and the forbidden road section, so that the test can be smoothly carried out according to the predetermined plan. After the test is finished, the data is segmented, managed according to the previous road segment label, and the date is indicated. In this way, we can well grasp the problem situation of the entire Jiuma County and the first district of Zhumadian.
In the test, I took pictures and base station information with gps information and imported them into Google Earth for analysis and confidentiality. I think that we should innovate on the basis of doing our job. In the testing process, there are many skills to learn, and because ZTE's road test software is very powerful, you can use it more and more, and it has a lot of analysis. The big role, I learned the analysis of wcdma road test software, including the uplink and downlink coverage imbalance, wcdma signal coverage problem, weak coverage, pilot pollution, soft handover optimization, main lobe and side lobe coverage method…
The rural optimization task is arduous, and at the same time it needs to process a large amount of documents. I have written a program that can automatically generate word documents and spreadsheets automatically from the finished materials, so that a large number of documents are completed in an instant, which greatly reduces the rural areas. Optimize the burden on people.
Since August 25, 2019, our department has brought in 5 new people. I took on some training tasks. I carried out a month of training in accordance with the network architecture of the mobile network, the specific work situation, 2g, 3g basic knowledge, etc. In the training, I focused on the basic theories and concepts that are difficult to understand in the mobile network. Vivid, new staff members actively asked questions, actively participated in the discussion, and completed the process from complete strangeness to step by step in the fastest time, and quickly put into work.
Director Xia and Director Li attached great importance to the quality of the network. In the process of using the mobile phone, once they found that there was a problem with the call, they immediately called me and I quickly took the device to test, and under the cooperation and guidance of the engineer. Solve the problem as soon as possible.
I used my own office vba technology to improve the processing of wcdma alarms, export real-time alarms from the network management system, and then comprehensively process them with the base station engineering information table, the maintenance personnel table of each base station, and the common alarm code processing scheme. In this way, each time the extraction alarm and analysis processing can be completed in an instant, it can be sent to the maintenance personnel in time, greatly improving the work efficiency.
On October 22, 2019, the tu-r Chongqing meeting was closed and the 4g international standard was established. This will determine the future direction of the mobile broadband Internet. The United States will start 4g in 2019, which also gives us a clear direction for the future development of China Unicom. I also began to explore the relevant technical standards, and compared with the 3g technology I have learned so far, in the 4g related technical materials also disclosed some of the problems existing in the current 3g network, pay attention to these issues, and from certain The problem of knowing 3G networks on a high level is also very beneficial for practical work.
In order to better carry out the road test work, I began to try to write the drive test software used on the mobile phone. In order to achieve this goal, I learned java, android, nokia, iphone, c++ and other mobile programming related technologies , and successfully I have written some experimental little programs on these phones, and I will further develop this effort.
Since November 10, 2019, ZTE has withdrawn all 3g road test personnel. The scene test, complaint handling, dt test analysis and all report processing are handed over to me. I feel very stressed and start working overtime. After a few weeks, it was almost exhausted. In the morning, I went out to test, took the tower crane to adjust the antenna, and often refused to eat at noon. I had to write a test report, and went out to work in the afternoon. I had to work overtime at night, and often went to 11 or 2 in the night. In addition to the weekly work, other test tasks for leadership arrangements are also handled in a timely manner. It’s a bit too much to eat. .
Since November 23, 2019, provincial companies have developed interoperability optimization for high-speed iphone 2g and 3g. Under the guidance of Baifan, Zhanggong carried out tracking and debugging of background signaling. I carefully prepared the test equipment, carefully combined the road test data, the previous station plan, and the 2g and 3g base stations of the existing network, eliminating the base station fault. After that, suggestions for adding stations were put forward. Due to the unfamiliarity of the operation of the iPhone, I even borrowed iphohe's professional books from the business department and the library to learn various operational details and master various operations.
Starting from December 7, 2019, the leadership arranged for Li Yalei and I to analyze and analyze the road test data analysis and processing work in the third quarter. One of the assessment indicators is “average call delay”. We carefully studied the “call delay”. Optimize the knowledge of the aspect, and analyze and judge the problem one by one according to the problem, to solve the quality difference as the fundamental, and combine the test situation to investigate the parameters of the live network. Through learning, I am in the frequency and frequency of wcdma. The system switching and reselection, as well as the different connection status of ms have a deeper understanding.
However, there is currently no more technical information and in-depth professional training guidance and exchange discussions. The progress of wcdma is slow, the road test processing capability needs to be improved, and the current understanding and utilization of network optimization methods is limited to coverage optimization. The antenna feed adjustment and a small number of parameter adjustments, and the deeper integrated processing such as: base station alarm check and processing, capacity optimization, service quality optimization, data service related optimization, handover optimization, neighboring best , 2g3g coverage optimization, optimization simulation and simulation verification research, boundary optimization, interference optimization technology , power optimization, code resource optimization, use of sweeper test, etc. I still know very little about it. The whole process of troubleshooting network optimization is not yet mastered. I hope that in the course of next year's work, I will deepen my work and research in the above areas.
