Graphic designer work summary

It has been almost two months since I came to the company. I feel that time is passing very fast. The reason for the quickness is not because of the rush of time, but because the work every day is very fulfilling. I used to work as a plane instructor in a vocational training school. It was very easy to work. I talked for one and a half hours a day. The rest of the time was to tutor students on the machine. It feels very long to go to work every day, I hope that the clock can go faster and get off work early. But after a long time, I feel that the working environment is too comfortable for me. So I came to Fenglian Culture Media Co., Ltd. and started a new challenge. Our design tasks are very heavy. The company's vi, samples, catalogues, websites, and animations all need us to design. Our team members will study and discuss together, and do their best to serve our team and serve the company. So every day there are design tasks, although the work is a little tired, often working overtime, but seeing the works we designed ourselves, the joy in my heart is more than bitter and tired.

So, let me talk about the feelings I have come to the company for two months from the following aspects:

Good office environment

The first impression the company gave me was our good office environment. Each of us has our own desk and computer, and we have equipped with folders, notebooks, rulers, scissors and other office supplies. With such a good office environment, our enthusiasm for work will be even higher.

Good leadership

Our leading chairman, General Li, and Zhu Zong. Their age should be similar to the age of our parents, but they are hardworking and dedicated work for the company's development. Our general Zhao always works overtime with us, working very late every day, and even writing a copy and writing a manuscript. Not only help us to improve in our work, we also constantly enlighten us in our lives and our minds, care about us, inspire our own potential and creativity, so that we can have sufficient energy to serve the company better. Colleagues can get along with each other

Interpersonal interactions and the interaction between colleagues are the needs of all of us. I came to the company every morning, and my colleagues asked "Good morning" and smiled and nodded, so that a day's work would have a good mood. All projects cannot be completed by the power of one person. Here we need to do our graphic design, website design, 3D design, and the cooperation of film and television designers. A person bears the work of several people, so the power of everyone is indispensable.

Whether a design team is excellent or not depends on its management and distribution of the design, and the most suitable people are placed in the most appropriate position, in order to play the advantages of everyone. Team spirit is very important. It is easy for everyone to come up with new highlights in the process of discussion, so that the planning project can be more complete and work better, so that it can do more with less.

Love your job

No matter where we work, the most important thing is that we must like this job. During this time of the company, the leaders and colleagues are very enthusiastic. We are like a family.
