He joined the company on January 5, 2019. Through the initial training, he mastered the communication design. Later, he did the g14.2 project in Qingyang City, Gansu Province, mainly for the macro station, the room division and the dau+dru digital remote station. jobs. During the two months in Qingyang, assisted the company's colleagues in the exploration and design of the g14.2 project. After learning the exploration of the transmission equipment, the contract was completed to transfer the 11th ptn access layer project in Ganzhou. During this time, in addition to the work gains, I still dare not relax learning. In the contact with my colleagues, I found that the rigor of my colleagues at work is worth learning. I hope that through each business trip, I will learn a lot of professional knowledge that I have not been exposed to before. In October 2019, I began to participate in the Chizhou replacement station project. Together with my colleagues, I climbed the mountain every day to investigate. Although it was hard, I realized the joy of the collective and contacted different people and different things every day. During the ten days of the investigation in Chizhou, I mastered the main points of the replacement station project and met new friends. On November 22, 2019, he participated in the Gansu Silver Project, mainly doing sdh. Under the guidance of Wang Jinbao, he slowly became familiar with the situation there, and explored with his colleagues. He surveyed at a temperature of minus 15 degrees and was happy. I feel the care of my colleagues and my concern in life. I have once again realized the warmth of our collective.

Over the past year, with the care, support and help of leaders and colleagues, I have made some progress in learning and work.
