Summary of design work

2010, for me personally, I was extremely rich and earned a year. I have learned a lot and have grown a lot. Standing at the door of the end of the year, I look back on the journey that the company has traveled this year. For the work done in 2019, make a summary here for the leadership review. This is also a pay-as-you-go answer to my personal work in 2019.

At the beginning of the year, I was mainly responsible for the finishing of the drawings of the suction truck. In February, I designed a sprinkler-type powerful suction truck for Jinzhou customers. The car adds a rear sprinkler function to the original technology , and a manhole device is installed in the upper part of the tank. Its design should belong to a technological innovation of this powerful suction truck.

In March, I assisted the Minister Gao to complete the design of the Shenyang electric lift truck. The car uses an electro-hydraulic unit, which is essentially different from the original lift truck of our company in the power system. Although the car was put into use in the later stage, it caused some unnecessary troubles to the customer due to circuit problems. But after I went to the customer for repairs, I got a fundamental solution. This model has reached the goal of qualified production in our factory.

From the end of March, I began to accept the design work of our company's tanker restructuring. In view of the functions and appearance of the tank manufacturers of other professional manufacturers, the tank truck of our company has been completely updated. The adoption of the circular rectangular tank section can be said to be a reform and innovation of the tank section of our company, which makes the load quality of our tanker meet the actual needs of customers. The application of gear pump, automatic return reel and other advanced petroleum equipment have made our company's tank trucks have a new level on the original basis. Our company has produced a total of 6 tank trucks this year, 4 of which are sold to Anshan, Haicheng, Benxi and Huludao, and the other 2 are the prototypes of our company's national iii announcement. The models are: as5162gjy and as5163gjy. These six tankers are mainly responsible for me.

At the beginning of August, in order to be able to add a large tonnage tanker to my company, I was assigned to design the as5311gss type tanker. The car has the same round rectangular cross section as the new tanker. However, due to the announcement at the time, the car did not add all the functions at the time of assembly. However, if the customer has an order now, the car can also guarantee that it will meet the sales requirements within a reasonable period of time.

In September, I began to make surveying and mapping design for two iron water tankers produced for Yafeng Steel. This work has been strongly coordinated by Comrade Chen Shangding, a colleague of our department. After three months of intense design and production, the car was finally delivered to customers. In the course of this work, let me have a new understanding of the design of the semi-trailer. At the same time as the semi-trailer production of the iron water tank, I also designed and assembled the gas path of the group's 12.5m semi-trailer.

In the last month of 2019, I was appointed under the direction of the High Minister to design two large-scale fire water tankers for Fushun. The car is still in design. However, I believe that under the guidance of the High Minister, with the cooperation and assistance of colleagues from various departments, this work will be successfully completed.

During the year, although sometimes I feel very busy, I sometimes even need to work overnight. But I feel fulfilled and happy! 2010 is a wonderful year for me. I believe that in 2019, there will be more exciting waiting for me.
