Time flies, in a blink of an eye, the apprenticeship will be a full year. Looking back on the work and life of China Railway in the past year, I can't help but feel too much. I have completed the transition from a university student who is not deeply involved to a Chinese railway employee. On March 5, XX, I first arrived at the Liangchang. At that time, the climate was cold. As a person who lived in the South since childhood, I have never felt the temperature conditions of minus ten degrees. This is also a great challenge for my upcoming work. The outdoor work climate is harsh, especially for me who have not experienced the wind and sand in the northwest. At the same time, no matter how the technology, the number of personnel and the working conditions are not ideal, we all still overcome the difficulties of assembling the new dj168 bridge erecting machine, and successfully debugged successfully. Everything was carried out in an orderly manner under the scientific command of the leadership of Liangchang; in the blink of an eye, on July 6, XX, the apprenticeship began. After all the preparations were made, under the leadership of the leaders of various departments, the first Kongqiao and the firecrackers were smoothly set up. Although the first erection was difficult, the joy of success made us forget all the fatigue; as the bridge erection process became more and more familiar, the bridging method was continuously improved, and the bridging efficiency was also increasing. Until today, we have successfully and erected a 247-hole bridge. This is our pride and our glory. Looking back on these days with everyone's work and life, I am proud to be a member of this team, can use wisdom and hard work to reflect their value, and contribute to the company what they should contribute. Summarizing the past work and life, I have greatly improved in terms of business level, political literacy or comprehensive ability, and have many feelings and experiences. It is summarized as follows:
First, with ''dusty and pragmatic, courageous innovation' as a creed, strengthen learning, improve their own quality. I attach importance to strengthening theoretical and business knowledge learning, in the work, adhere to one side of work while learning, and constantly improve their comprehensive quality level. If you encounter problems that you don't understand at work, take the initiative to discuss with the master and colleagues, and learn modestly. I deeply know that as a college student who has just stepped out of the university, I still have a lot to learn, so I never forget my identity. Seriously study the business knowledge, focus on learning motor and electrification control management, focus on learning methods, focus on key points, and combine their own deficiencies in circuit system construction and maintenance, and conduct targeted learning. , constantly improve their work business capabilities. Combine the theoretical knowledge in the book with your own hands-on operation. Therefore, while strengthening learning, not only must we do our brains, but we must also do it. Only by combining the two can we have excellent work performance and accurately judge and deal with the problems encountered in the work. In the actual work practice, in order to have a better operating vision and flexible operating space, I combined with what I learned, with the guidance of the master and the support of the leader to carry out wireless control transformation of the hydraulic control of the 3rd column. Overcoming technical difficulties, the transformation test has achieved staged success. The operator can control the hydraulic action anywhere within the range covered by the wireless signal without affecting the operation of the wired handle. However, unfortunately, there is no supporting wireless control equipment in the market that meets the operating conditions, and the products used in the experiment can not meet the requirements of bridging work. The jog and safety have to be improved, so they have to be dismantled after the test is completed. But can not deny the success of this experimental attempt. This transformation and innovation is of great significance to my future work. Let me understand that innovation must be combined with reality and be humanized and objective. Second, the concept of ''based on the job, solid work''. Diligent and pragmatic, for the company's development, due diligence for a year, I always insist on strict requirements, diligent efforts, always keep in mind that the company's interests are above all purposes, in their ordinary and ordinary jobs, and strive to do their jobs. In the specific maintenance of the electromechanical equipment of the bridge machine, the most important damage to the power supply cable and control cable focus monitoring: before feeding the beam, when driving back between the 2nd column and the 3rd column, pay attention to observe the distance between the front and rear driving, to prevent The spacing is too small to cause the cable to squeeze. When feeding the beam, it is most likely to be dragged and pulled by the side beam reinforcement on the driving cable. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the running situation of the vehicle, and keep in touch with the operator of the general control to promptly stop and stop in the above circumstances, and deal with it in a timely manner. When dropping the beam, pay attention to the welding wire of the welding machine should not be pulled and wheeled when traversing. Always check the wires for damage, and make necessary protection and replacement. Check the wiring of the wires to ensure that they are secure and prevent damage caused by short circuit. Check the buttons, hydraulic operating handles and various control switches at any time to ensure their sensitivity and effectiveness. The replacement of parts that have lost their working performance should be patient and careful to prevent secondary damage to the line system. In the work, I strive to do a good job in service, be a good staff assistant; carefully collect all kinds of information and materials, comprehensively and accurately understand and master the development of all aspects of work, analyze the main problems in the work, summarize work experience, and timely Leaders report, so that leaders can comprehensively and accurately understand and grasp the recent actual situation, and make scientific and correct decisions for solving problems. At the same time, as the operator of the No. 3 column, strictly implement the working standards of the "T-beam erection standards", and be conscientiously responsible for the safety of the No. 3 column in the bridging operation and the alignment of the beam. Especially when the bridge boring machine is aligned, the support of the third column is particularly important, and it must be ensured that the force is even and level to prevent tilting. In the third column, when the front arm is retracted, in order to increase the tail weight, the sleeper and hardwood of the third column of the support pad are fixed on the third column, which reduces the workload of the staff and saves manpower and waste. Carrying this step increases the efficiency of the bridge work.
Third, with ''safety first, guarantee production' as the goal, do a good job, promote production safety responsibility is no small matter, we do all necessary measures for safe production, as an electrician, I clearly define my job responsibilities. 1. Responsible for the use of electrical equipment for the whole bridge machine. 2. In the erecting operation, it assists in the work of the beam and the other, and is responsible for the use of electrical equipment by other operators. 3. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of electricity in the living area and office area. In the work, always maintain a high degree of vigilance, in order to ensure the safety of electricity, strictly in accordance with relevant regulations to implement electricity standards, not illegal use of electrical appliances. The laying and use of online roads must be treated responsibly and there must be no sloppy intentions. At the same time, in the other operations of the bridge machine, we must always pay attention to the safety of each position. Now safety is also a kind of productivity. Looking back at the work in the past year, I have made new progress in thinking, learning, and work, but I also fully realize that my shortcomings need improvement, and the level of theoretical knowledge is still relatively low.
