2019 technician personal year-end summary
XX is a fruitful year. For me personally, XX is a year of comprehensive improvement in personal professional skills. Since August, the technical work tasks that I have taken have gradually been divested. The second task of the pipeline has completely delivered the new technical cadres transferred to the site in early September, and the tasks have been alleviated. In October of this year, I began to take over the installation technical tasks of two steam-powered water pumps. In the face of new work tasks, my professional skills accumulated into a new stage. Up to now, my work focuses on the installation of two steam-driven water pump sets, the installation of steam pipelines, the installation of temporary pipelines, and the perfection of all the steam-water pipeline systems in charge of construction.
II. Summary of Work In the work of XX, I have never been intimidated by a series of heavy construction tasks and faced with a strange technical work. For the engineering and technical work that I am engaged in, I have always held the view that I despise it from the consciousness. Every project that I am responsible for has been involved in the whole process, and I have full control over the construction points of the unit project and the sub-project. These two construction tasks are the earliest unit projects carried out by the steam turbine team. During the construction of these two projects, I often rush between the main building and the circulating water pipe ditch. To say that bitterness and tiredness, every employee on the construction site must have a deep understanding, and as a team technician, I have a taste for the taste of the scorpion. At the busiest time of construction, I have nearly 20 construction teams running every day. From the 61-meter boiler to the circulating pump house, I have to run several times a day. There is only one reason - I am an engineering technician. Because of the work needs, with the high temperature of more than 40 degrees in summer, I also discussed and solved the difficulties in the construction of circulating water pipes together with the construction team leader in the hot sun, and checked the construction quality. Since I entered the construction site this year, I have only taken five days off in more than 300 days. The rest of the time, like the workers of the steam engine team, I work overtime every day for the smooth operation and power generation of the company’s first 600mw unit. Happiness is busy, rain or shine, cold and heat do not invade.
